Owner is probably one of the most giving and kind person I've ever met. He is by far one of the hardest workers ive ever met he will do a over the top job for any client and makes sure his employees do the same.

I had the pleasure of working with C.J & Shaun, both where very professional and managed their time well. There was a third individual, he showed up first and asked about the work to be done, but I don't belive I got his name. He was gone well before the job wrapped up too, so I ended up doing the final walk through with Shaun. Over-all a wonderful experience, definitely ask for Shaun and/or C.J. if you want the job done efficiently and done well.

I have used Actually Clean for at least 15 years for my 30 + rental units and they do excellent work. I have also used them at my own personal residence, including carpet and upholstery. With rentals, you never know what tenants spill on the carpets, and usually there are many stains, but over 15 years, I've only had one unit (out of hundreds) where they couldn't get a spot removed! I have saved having to replace carpet in many a unit when the most filthy and stained carpet came out looking like new! Actually Clean is so easy to work with. I just call, give Greg the lockbox code, and they are in and out on the day promised. I recommend them highly.

Damian is an absolute beast !!!! I highly recommend working with him, he pays a lot of attention to details, his finishes are impecable and he delivers his work on time, he is responsive and he is very reliable: I needed to change the locks overnight on one of my investment properties and he was there when I needed him. Kudos to you Damian, keep up the good work man!

We needed an area rug cleaned after our dog was sick. We tried to clean it ourselves with no success. We found this company. They said it would be around $60 which we thought was a fair price. Dropped it off on Monday and they said it would take about a week. BTW, they are located in a unique former neighborhood grocery store building a block west of the large water tower on south Glenstone. They called on Friday morning and said it was dry and ready for pickup. They only charged us $38! We think it looks better than new and smells great! Highly recommend!
