Chris was our Inspector and we couldn’t be more pleased. Newly purchased home and we needed an initial inspection and cleaning before using our fireplace. He told us the good, the bad, maintenance tips, and provided a detailed quote. Very professional service, reasonable prices and punctual which our family appreciates. We would definitely recommend SureGlow Stove and Chimney for recommendations, service and repair. Quentin was our technician. He took his time to fit everything correctly. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Skilled and down to earth while completing a difficult job quickly. Our family could not be more pleased with the quality of service and craftsmanship we were provided. 100% worth the money!!! We will definitely be using this company again.

RUN AWAY!! TRY ANOTHER COMPANY 🚫THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!! Wow 😮 we needed our chimney, sealed and damper replaced in the home that I purchased this summer June 2025. SureGlow was paind in full to supposedly ‘fix’ my damper and replace it with a new (faulty) damper. This was the beginning of July. They did not offer to start the fireplace to show me that it was working and like an idiot, I trusted their workmanship. Fast forward 5 months October 30, 2025, we open the new (faulty) damper and have a fire. Now the ‘new’ damper will not close and i contact the company to try and find out if there’s a warranty on their work & Ask if they can come out and look at the damper that is not working. I offered to send a video to them showing them it doesn’t work and I need someone to come help.
They sent me a YouTube video showing me how it’s supposed to close and when I tell them it is still not closing, They in turn blame me for it not working, saying I must’ve had a fire with the damper closed And that’ll be more charges. We did not do anything like that. i need to pay $250 for them to come look at their shady work and find ways to blame me for it before even seeing it.
DISHONESTY POLICE Beware choose another company. You’re just going to get RIPPED OFF with this one. they’re not cheap either And they obviously don’t stand by their work.

The fireplace repairs went perfectly. The technicians arrived on time and kept us posted on all aspects of the repair. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the results and are happy to know we can safely use our fireplace again! Thanks guys!!

Communication and service was great. Chris came out and we got a plan, then the plan got adjusted (like all projects). Everything was explained well. Samuel and his crew did a great job demoing and rebuilding, they also explained everything and kept everything neat and tidy.

We’ve had some issues with our fireplace above the roof. Dale Lee was the representative. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went up on the roof and did an inspection, including a number of pictures so that he could show us and explain the issues. We also went outside and he pointed out some previous attempts to make repairs with what looked like white caulk and silicone. He also cleaned the fireplace inside and inspected it. He provided us with two estimates before leaving. We were extremely pleased with Dale.and Sure Glow.

Great experience! Woman on the phone to book cleaning appointment was very nice. Daniel, the tech that came out for the cleaning, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will use their service again!
