Overpriced. When he said let me see if I can add discounts I knew this company was not for me. He quoted over $1000 and I was able to get it fixed by another company for $200. Friendly staff but well over priced.

Evia from Jacobs arrived on time, very concerned with the issues I was experiencing with my air quality. He explained exactly what he was going to do. Showed me pictures of the ducts before and after. What a complete difference, I can breath so much better and my old house smells like a new one. If you have allergy problems like I do Jacobs is a must!!!

Ben was above and beyond what my expectations were. He inspected all four of my chimneys and advised me on what needed to be done. Will be calling next season for service. Truly a great experience!

I Don't usually leave a review, but for this Job I definitely felt the need to... I Live in Texas but i own property in Springfield mo.. I had Jacob's come to do a Duct Cleaning on one of my duplexes which my 83 yr old Mother lives in.. I set the appointment for the $99 Special they were running and they totally mislead me on what they were going to do... they Called me and told me how bad the Vents and returns etc were and wanted to charge me a extra $600 on top of the $99.. I then explained to them that I was a Custom home builder and Developer here in Texas and i didnt appreciate him trying to pull the wool over my eyes and trying to take advantage of a 83 yr old women... there was more that transpired but just to Say this... Buyer Beware and Save your Money... I should have did a little more research on there Company before I had them Come... won't make that Mistake again.

When Ben and his assistant arrive to clean i thought would be my air ducts. They were very nice and then they informed me that the $99 special was only for the vents and not the air ducts. I felt misled then. Then they gave me a ridiculous price to actually clean the air ducts. I said no. So they cleaned my vents and when it came time to pay them they sent me an invoice which contain a link to pay. So i paid with my credit card. Then they tried to convince me that the payment didn't go through. But I always get a notification whenever I use my credit card that a payment was made. This guy stood in my kitchen trying to convince me to pay again. Then they went to their vehicle and without me knowing, they tried to charge my card again. But my credit card company didn't allow it. So they came back in again to try to convince me to pay again they said because they couldn't see the payment. I call my credit card company right then and they said the payment did go through and that's when they told me that the company tried to charge me again. I politely ask them to leave my home. These are fraudsters.

The Tan team that came to my house to clean my air duct was extremely friendly, professional and kind. They did a great job. They were here on time. The house smells great. The ducks looked great very pleased with the work. They’ve done would definitely hire them again.
