I contacted Baird about a commercial refrigeration issue. While they were ultimately unable to assist in the matter,(due to licensing issues, no fault of their own) the folks I spoke with were professional, courteous, and great at communicating. I will be using them for all future HVAC needs.

A/C wasn't cooling so I called my Hvac guy Colt, said he would be there the next day, which he was, checked my a/c and took care of the issue. I live about an hour away and I wont use anyone else and I recommend him to everyone.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, our property management company used them for repairing our A/C. They came out several times, and said that certain things needed replaced and they were waiting for approval. They never did any work, never submitted an accurate estimate for approval. While I was frustrated with my property management company over miscommunication, Colt with Budget was overly sensitive with my frustrations and lied to my management company about me “cursing” him out and also sent pictures of the stuff in my garage when I demanded a new company to try and paint me to be a hoarder. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone.

Drivers lounge is nice with TV and a Keurig coffee maker
Came in friday 730am out Saturday 9am.

I had a reefer unit that didn’t want to work and Thermoking of Springfield was able to get me in and out in a hurry. Although my reefer had more issues than they could fix they were able to get it up and running so that I could get back to my terminal so it could go to our local TK dealer to get the rest of the repairs done. They were polite and professional and actually listened to what I told them. Usually these shops don’t do that and that shows me the quality and integrity that this shop has to actually listen to a dumb truck driver because that’s how almost all the other shops view us in this industry. Thank you

Parts dept was awesome. I bought a water pump, hoses, thermostat and belts. I haven't worked on it yet and I might just let their shop go through it. I'm pretty handy with wrenches but this is what they do. The importance of this APU can't be ignored. It ties directly into your truck engine coolant. It would suck to lose all of your coolant from something that was overlooked. I wouldn't want to burn the Yanmar up either. It's bad enough Kenworth is using plastic quick couple coolant fittings that get brittle and break. That should be an instant recall since the truck manufacturer has discontinued using the plastic couplers.

Very unhappy because the work I told them to do was not done until the very end. Told them my ac compressor was out and needed to be replaced. Instead he changed out the inline fuse. Surprise, it blew the fuse. So then he starts looking and fishing around. Says he found some broken wires, including 2 wires on a brand new high pressure kill switch I just replaced 7 months before. Finally says compressor was bad and replaced it. Also said it was low on freon after I just had it serviced less than 2 weeks before. They did only charge me for 4 hours instead of the 8 it took him to do the 2 hour job I had told them to do.

Awesome staff! Clean and orderly driver lounge. Fixed my APU AND installed a new heating system. Will definitely return here if the need arises.
