Ben did an incredible job cleaning our chimney, putting down flashing and enclosing the opening with netting. He was so knowledgeable and so kind. He explained each step along the way. Would definitely use this company again.

Seeing I was a first time customer I was quoted $199.00 to clean my flu. After inspection was told it was really bad and would take more work and it would be $450.00. I said no, you do it for $199. or forget it. After a phone call they decided they'd go ahead and clean it. Supposedly shook some powder down flue and let sit a few minutes then brushed it out. Looks pretty good but left a mess on stove and floor and a black spot on rug. Was no more than quart of creosote in the bag from what was in the pipe. Not likely I'll be calling again. Did I mention they (he) wasn't there but an hour.

Jacob went out of his way, an hour out of his way when he heard I was having issues with my HVAC. I couldn’t be more grateful for the time he took and was extremely fair with pricing as well as the time he took to fix it. I would recommend him to anyone and know he would do outstanding work like he did for me. Thanks Jacob!

Ben was very thorough and very kind throughout the cleaning of my ductwork. He was professional and explained the process very well. Ben came to clean our dryer vent as our dryer was overheating and he discovered a very dangerous fire hazard in our attic due to improperly installed vents from builder so he fixed the entire system and saved our house from burning! Extremely happy and highly recommend.

I had my ducts cleaned on a Sunday. My technician was Ben. He was delightful. He was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. With an employee like Ben I feel trust in the company he represents.

Had them out a year ago to install new ducts under our house. We have an issue with flooding under our house and we hadn't gotten it fixed so the duct work needed replacing again mid June 2025. Our fault, not theirs. Ben comes out and tells me it will be $6000. Ok, we pay it. 2 days later, Ben calls me and says they need another $2000 to do the work. I said nope, refund, now. He discussed it and got back to me, said they would do it. Now, 20 days later, I had another duct company come out due to the super heavy rains lately and showed me pictures of what the duct work looks like. It wasn't secured properly to the vents and now needs to be completely redone. I will be seeking a lawyer.

they were on time. very kind. best price I could find for this service. they explained everything they were gonna do or wanted to before they did it. they were so kind and very informative. I felt they truly cared about my family's health. and they were quick and my ducts look new again. I will definitely be keeping service with them.

I called due my dryer vent needing a dire clean out that I had only just been made aware of. I asked if they could do a same day appointment and they worked me in. The technician showed up ready to go. He was extremely kind, professional, and explained everything that he was doing as he did it. He even fixed a small part of my duct work at no additional charge. He was in and out within an hour and was really cool about my dogs being overly friendly and requiring his immediate attention, lol.

I have never had my duct cleaned before and did not really know what was involved. The technician, Evia, was professional, skilled, knowledgeable, as well as personable and sincere. He was very respectful towards me and my home. He explained every step of the process and did a very thorough and complete job. My house smelled 100% better and I feel confident that my severe allergies were partially caused by the dust in my air ducts and I expect them to improve. I highly recommend this company.

They lie and don't do what they say have HVAC people installing doors and poor quality came to fix my front door 6 times and still not done
