Our heat went out in the night and the house got done to 56. It was frigid! I texted Tim and he was at our house before noon! Service was impeccable! He is extremely knowledgeable but not pushy with sales. He got our heat up and running for a fraction of the cost of what other HVAC companies are charging! We are definitely SAVING his contact info!

Tim and Dustin replaced my AC/furnace inside and outside 2 years ago. (I’m just now getting to the review) They did an amazing job. We were without AC in the middle of Aug (it was a 2 day job). Tim provided us with a big portable AC unit at no additional cost, until the job was done. I would 100% recommend him and his team.

Tim was AMAZING!!! Most definitely will keep his number for if I ever need help with heat or air again! He was very professional and nice. Tim is the man. Had our ac go out after 5pm, gave him a call. He was the only one who could show up. Was at the house in 15 or less min got us fixed up with in 45. Highly recommend 10/10 will call him again.

We can't say enough good things about Tim. He helped us when we were in a bind with our heat pump in Feb. He came out on a Sunday and stayed until he got the problem resolved and then stayed longer to make sure it continued to work like it was supposed to - and charged a very reasonable amount. We used him again in April to check out our ACs and heat pump for summer. He didn't rush and took time to answer all our questions. Tim is very knowledgeable and thorough and an all around very nice guy. We won't call anyone else.

I got a brand new heating and air system. My air conditioner worked so good I got cold and had to turn on the heat.

Tim is completely professional and is an expert. He has obviously been doing this a long time. His quote was more than reasonable and he stuck to it. The work he did was well done and clean. He took care of everything, including changing out any pipes as required, or putting down concrete blocks as needed. I highly recommend At Your Service 417.

We had previously contacted Tim about servicing our furnace when we bought a house 3 years ago. At that time, he fixed it the best he could and recommended we think about purchasing a new furnace. He was not pushy nor “salesman” like. He gave us his honest opinion and did not push when we declined at that time. But we felt comfortable enough with his service and information that we knew then that we would be reaching out to him specifically when it was time to do the replacement.

Tim with at your service 417 heating and AC was awesome. My furnace had completely stopped working. Another family member recommended At Your service 417 heating and Air to me. Tim was at my house within an hour (on a Sunday)and quickly found the problem. He was able to repair it and charged me a reasonable price. I will definitely use him for any future heating or AC needs.

I got a fair price and quality work from this company. Could not recommend them enough. Got my new furnace into a relatively tight area. They were willing to do the small extra things that a lot of companies would have skipped out on.

At one of our commercial restaurants the ac wasn’t working on a Friday evening. I called 7 HVAC companies and Tim was the only one that answered. I explained what was going on, he told me his schedule for Saturday & Sunday and that he’d reach back out when he was freed up. He actually did follow up when free like promised.

Still never heard back from the 6 other companies Sat, Sun, or even eod Monday. Will definitely use again in the future for issues at our stores in the Springfield area.

This is in response to the comment made by the owner of the business to my previous post. At no time did I threaten him or use vulgar language. The only thing wrong in my electric in the house was I had a bad fuse (which I replaced and then it worked correctly when it got cold and I had to use the heat). The issue was that when the HVAC was first installed, it leaked and then had to wait an additional three weeks for him to correct it (no test for leaks on install or to see if the system is working properly?). I did threaten to go the legal route if it was not fixed because it should have been installed correctly and after asking him for weeks to come and repair it. You also had to have an electrician come out and install the unit because the owner could not and blames it on my wiring which has never been a problem with anything before. The wiring burned up and almost burned my house down because the connection between my house wire and the HVAC wiring was not up to code and the connection was not put in a box per code. It is frustrating when you have such a large investment and the person constantly blames your wiring (which is not the problem but a fuse that blew which happens). After calling for the last three weeks and getting no response to call, email, and texts, I had to use a different phone to call him to get warranty work done and to get my information. I asked for the electricians name and number along with the supervisor that came out to my house to talk to them only to be told he doesn't have their information and to call my warranty company or HEIL directly (I did get the electricians name and where he might be working at).

This what I came home to after work on January 16th 2024. I tried calling, emailing, and sending text messages with photos. It is now January 29th and I had to use another number to call him for warranty work to have someone look at it. After asking for the electricians number that installed it (because he couldn’t) and for his manager/supervisor, he said to call HEIL to get it fixed or another electrician. He has to come back and put refrigerant in it a day after it was installed because of a bad connection during installation, he said I was a bad customer and he wasn’t going to work with me. He said I cursed him out and threaten to sue if it didn’t work. It’s been a problem from day one and he blames it on my house wiring. Please be cautious. Not a great experience when spending several thousand dollars on a system that was not put in properly. He could have at least responded to my calls, emails, and texts instead of avoiding the situation.

Very friendly, and prompt service would recommend to anyone. Would consider Tim a family friend and will use him in the future needs.

I’d recommend avoiding and saving your money. He came out didn’t fix anything and didn’t diagnose problem. Just charged us 89 dollars and didn’t come back when problem persisted. Had to hire real professional to fix it. He said he’d refund and never did. AVOID. Bad business. Terrible customer service.
