My HVAC system was over 26 yrs old and was needing serviced more & more. Called At Your Service, he quoted a great price on a Heil energy efficient system, scheduled an appointment. They came out, removed old units and installed new units.
It is working great! Not coming on anywhere near as much as the old system did. Very pleased and glad I called At Your Service! Thank you again!

I had to have my furnace and AC replaced and Tim at 417 Heating & Air did good work, in a timely fashion, and at a great price — I really appreciated the regular communication about what was being done and why, while also Tim taking the time to explain any options I might have along the way. Definitely would recommend checking with 417 Heating & Air before making any HVAC decisions.

Tim has been courteous, respectful and very informative. He installed our new unit 3 years ago and just helped me with the sale of my home. I appreciate his extra effort in meeting my timeline..

So my heat went out called alot of people tim from 417 heating and air called back actually took time out and tho he didnt have part he actually got ahold of another gentlemen for me it was above and beyond that's how a business is done nit only do I think he is a good person but also runs a damn good business I very much recommend 417 heating and air,,and I failed to mention earlier in this review Gerald at stone parts in Springfield got out of his house in the cold and scrappy weather to drive to his store ( stone parts) open it up just to get me the part I needed if it was not for thise teo gentlemen I would have had more serious problems i can not say enough about both 417 heating and air or stone parts thank you fellas for going abo e and beyond again that's good business but above that good people!!!

Tim, is great to work with we have been using him for years now.. he is honest and tells us exactly what we need or if we need anything at all. He's the most honest tech we have ever had come to our house!!!!! I will always continue to use Tim and only Tima s long as I own my house!!

Tim installed our heat pump seven years ago and we've had no issues until just recently. He was able to come out the next day and get it back up and running. Fair and honest, definitely recommend!

Our heater stopped working and Tim was able to come out and help us get things working again quickly. Tim was very friendly and helpful every step along the way and made what seemed like a big deal feel like no hassle. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They originally replaced my 20-year-old furnace and AC 3 years ago. Since that time, I have had a yearly Maintenace contract with them for both the furnace and AC. The technicians that come out are very professional and friendly. They go over any potential problems that might occur and offer solutions to fix them. They are very reliable, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a h-vac company to replace or maintain a furnace or AC unit..

I've know frank for many years. I have always used H-Vac for my heating and air conditioning needs. They always figure out how to fit me in the schedule in an emergency and are always on time, professional, polite, and very thorough with their work. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. H-Vac will take care of you and get the job done right! I'd give more stars but they only give me 5 to click!

The techs at HVAC are really knowledgeable and the schedulers are great too We have used the after hours service several times and they are really prompt and explain everything.

We had their service contract for multiple years. I believed they where doing a good job until I had to question why the unit was leaking and had rust. They where checking it about 2 times a years. I feel like they weren't paying attention. So we had it repaired by another company and cuts ties with them. Look into someone who pays attention.
