I clicked on this company's website tab and it took me to a Rheem dealer locator page and when I tried to back out of it to my search, this Rheem page kept relocating me to its dealer page. I had to close the page and lose my search content.

We have been working with Gray's on our combination furnace/air conditioner. It went out last week and we have received 3 quotes on full replacement. Gray's was the ONLY place that thought to check the serial number on the part that is broken and surprisingly it is still in warranty until next month. I haven't received a replacement quote yet from them, but with service like this, I definitely want to use them. They have also let us know that the unit we have already (if we decide it's a smart move to replace instead of fix) is too much unit for our home and that we can go with a smaller unit. Now tell me, what business suggests smaller? They seem like a great, honest, home town business that deserves a chance to prove themselves.

Very helpful, helped me find a capacitor for my mothers AC unit. It was the correct fit and now I dont have to worry about her having a heat stroke. I will definitely shop here again.

I have used this company since I moved to Springfield in 2017. They always send knowledgeable technicians who are courteous as well. They go above and beyond what the job calls for and I’m always happy with their work. I saw Mario today who was my first and favorite so I know they retain quality personnel and I appreciate knowing the person coming to the door since they will be working on equipment that is a significant investment. David was so kind and thorough! He explained everything he was doing and what he was going to check before he began, he took pictures of the issues that he couldn’t show me directly, and a big bonus was he was so kind & patient with my two little boys as they wanted to watch what he was doing at all times. I called around 4:30 in the evening and was able to make an appointment to have my AC checked the next day, between 8 am and 12. David got here at 8:30 & I was called & received a text, to notify me that he’d be on his way before he came.
I’m very happy with my experience! I was also pleased with the pricing!

Mario was awesome! I would recommend this service to anyone. He fixed our issue and educated us about our system since this home is new to us.

Mario was very professional. Explained all my options and was not pushy trying to get me to chose the most expensive option. Once I decide the best option for me and my personal circumstances he went right to work and had the repairs made in less than an hour. He explained the warranty for the new parts and made sure I understood it before he left. When it is time to replace my HVAC system I will request Mario, knowing I will be getting an excellent professional.

Highly recommend One Hour and their staff. I work from home and I knew it was going to be an all day event installing a furnace and a.c. unit. I was worried it would interfere with my work but he completed the work in record time and did not interrupt me the whole time. I was most pleased when I got done with my 8 hour work day from home that his 8 hours of work was done also and my heating and cooling units immediately cooled my house down in no time at all. I hadn't realized how bad a 20-year-old unit was performing until I had something to compare it to. My old unit would take half a day to adjust the temperature by one or two degrees these new units had the temperature adjusted in the whole house within 30 minutes. It's nice and refreshing to see a company that cares about their staff and hires quality people!! I honestly feel like that's a rarity these days.
