Waking up to your home being 55 degrees with a new baby in the house is not a good feeling. After calling another (big) company in town at 5:30am and not hearing back by 8:30 I decided to call One Hour Heating and Air! Thankfully by 12pm Mario was here diagnosing the problem and got our heat going again. He was kind and efficient and the price was very reasonable for the repair and maintenance! I still have not heard back from the other company…

They were very friendly & even went above & beyond. I thought they didn’t close my crawl space, i called them. Come to find out it was actually broken & they fixed it for me!!! They are punctual & respectful of your home, my air is already more efficient!

The owner came out to see what was wrong. He was very knowledgeable and showed me things that the previous people did wrong. We went ahead and decided to use them. The two crew men were very nice and replaced our inside furnace. They cleaned up all their mess and did a great job! So far the system is working well! Thank you!!

When we had an issue with our air-conditioning, they came out the same day we called them and were able to fix the problem. Then, after deciding to replace our almost 20-year-old system, they were able to come three days earlier than the installation was originally scheduled. Jon Wayne Heating & Air has taken care of us since we arrived 8 years ago. With their twice-a-year preventive care program, both our heating and air-conditioning systems have never failed us. When they recommended it was time to replace the original air-conditioning unit 2 years ago, the installation was done quickly and professionally. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians who come to the house have been top notch and we highly recommend the company.

Wow! So happy I called! Our furnace was running only intermittently then finally crashed last week. I had called a competitor initially and they totally misdiagnosed the problem. Jon Wayne’s technician showed me our break in the system which would require replacement. The system was 24 years old so it was to be expected. I took advantage of the 2 for 1 special on a complete HVAC system as our A.C. was also old and overworked. We got a prompt install 2 days later. Wonderful install crew. Very personable and super nice. I felt the price was very reasonable. Jon’s is my go to for HVAC from now on. They are coming tomorrow for air duct cleaning. I recently had a new high efficiency heating unit and central air placed. JR Gardner came out, wrote a detailed estimate and thoroughly went through it. Appointment times were made at that time for a duct work cleaning and the instillation of the new units. For both appointments the crews were on time, so polite, and worked so hard. They didn't leave until the job was done. I will definitely use Jon Wayne Heating and Air again.

Highly recommend! Our old HVAC unit died and Jon Wayne Heating & Air was incredibly quick to schedule an estimate for a full replacement. The installation was done fast and professionally, and we received excellent customer service from start to finish!

Our 18 year old Trane air source heat pump quit in June when we need AC the most. We called and Will, the service technician came out in the evening and worked all night until the early morning hours to get the AC functioning until we get a new unit installed. Will, JR, Bradley and the entire team are awesome. Highly recommend!

AC unit was completely knocked out. Jon Wayne our normal HVAC company was contacted and worked to determine extent of problem. Once they found the AC unit had been fried they proposed installing a new system. A new system was installed and is working well. We appreciate their timely response to our situation and their work crew was very efficient and did a great job

Clay, Roger and Quentin were phenomenal with the install. And Aaron was extremely helpful as well. No surprises and everything went as smoothly as we were promised!

We recently had to replace an older package unit. We really liked how the owner, JR Gardner, came out and explained the cost, pros and cons of replacing our older unit vs constantly repairing it. We never felt pressured and really appreciated the honesty and time he gave us in answering our many questions. When they replaced it, the guys were very courteous, even putting on booties every time they walked in the door. They were very thorough in taking pictures of the installation so we could see the up close finished product. I would definitely recommend them every time.

Had new heating and air put in today. Shawn and Chris were polite, courteous, and worked quickly to install the new unit. They cleaned up the area at the end of the day and we are very happy with the installation.
