Mario came out promptly and found a leak that two other companies were unable to locate. He was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The next morning, Bryan and the team were at our house beginning the repair. Bryan kept me informed throughout the entire process. He and the team did excellent work. They were finished ahead of schedule and left everything more clean and better insulated than it was when they found it! This company is friendly, highly competent and reasonably priced. We are so grateful for them!

Great service! Hunter was pleasant to deal with during routine maintenance. One hour heating and Cooling has never let me down when something breaks or is just maintenance. They always let you know what is going on and can even fit you in early sometimes.

Hunter was clear, kind, and did an excellent job answering all questions! He overall did a great job taking care of the needed filters and discussed upcoming things that we might need to prepare for in the future. Highly recommend!

So grateful for them. Called on a Saturday morning. The woman who scheduled me was empathetic since it was going to be 94 degrees and my ac was broken. She told me they should be able to get to it between noon and 4. Branson called around 10 and was already ready to head my way. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. He was also very professional and kind. Thank you guys!!

Though the equipment has disappointed us a number of times, this company understands the value of efficient service, making things right, and always trying to offer the best equipment options on your budget. My Technician Mario was great!!! My system has never ran this efficiently! I thought I could fix it myself and well thank you Mario is all I am gonna say lol. What A great team and the price wasn’t bad either!

Mario has been servicing our HVAC for years and always does a terrific job. They are fast, dependable and they know what they are doing. The former owner of the house recommended them and they were right.

Mario was great. He tried to get my 21 year old unit running for me so I could have a little more time to make a decision and get some replacement quotes on my system. The compressor ended up being toast. He put my old parts back on and didn’t charge me for the attempted repair he then provided estimates for three different systems that could fit my needs with an install day of tomorrow. Definitely a stand up guy and an amazing company.

We completely lost heat last week. The tech ordered some parts and put them in today 01.14.2026. Very friendly guy. Said he has worked on this house many years ago. We've been in the house for 9 years and yet to have a complaint about OneHour.

Had systems clean and tune. Brandon was very professional and well versed. Always a pleased with the services One Hour provides.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air this evening (inside temperature @ 83° 🥵). Called them around 9pm just to see if someone can drop by to check the problem. Luckily, Brandon was available and less than an hour later he arrived and was able to diagnose and fix the issue by replacing the capacitor. Great guy! Did his job even this late in the evening. Glad that we won't be struggling tonight especially with this heat that we're having... Thank you!

Our heat went out at the worst possible time, during a nasty snowstorm weekend, and Heartland’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came through big time.
