Jon Wayne Heating &Air installed my new furnace in less than one work day. Chris and Brandon was a pleasure to have them work together in my home installing my brand new trane furnace . It works fantastic although installed during summer and only flipped on the air. Please check the heating also in order to be fully satisfied. Truly recommend this business to any one. Complete,thorough honest and efficient. Was hoping for a gift card in exchange for my rating. Total costs for this furnace over 10xxx.

I had a problem with my heat pump not turning on. I called John Wayne Heating and Cooling and they did have a same day appointment available but I already had something scheduled. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I received a text informing me that the technician would arrive in half an hour. Robert arrived almost exactly at the scheduled time of 3 PM. Robert had actually serviced my system before, so I recognized him. He quickly deduced that the problem was with the thermostat. Because the thermostat was under a lifetime warranty, He was able to replace it free of charge. I have gone with John Wayne heating and cooling for several years now. I always find them to be prompt, helpful, and reasonably priced. Their technicians are always very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We have been with John Wayne heating and air for 20 years and would not go anywhere else. They are efficient and on time, the workers are very polite and courteous with us and are dogs. We just had a air and heat machine put in and they did a very good job. I would recommend them to anybody. And the two workers that was here Bradley and Carson were top notch guys they did their work and cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Before they left showed us everything about the unit we needed to know.

This is a fantastic company to do business with. From start to finish I was very impressed. The work was started on the day and time I was told it would be. The two installers Bradley and Carson were terrific. They were very professional and polite and the work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely say Jon Wayne Heating and Air is a superb company.

Had to have a new AC unit and gas furnace installed in August and we are so happy we went with John Wayne. Called a few other companies for quotes and they all either didn't show up or wanted to charge nearly double what John Wayne quoted. We have a small place and they made sure we got something that worked for us instead of just upselling us to something we didn't need. Clay and Roger did the install and it went great. They were on time, clean and very respectful of our property. We haven't had a single issue since install and everything is running strong. Highly recommend these guys.

Jon Wayne Heating & Air replaced my HVAC system in less than two days. My ductwork was cleaned first and the new system was installed the next day. On both days the crew that performed the work was courteous and professional. They explained what they were doing and answered my questions every step of the way. They were respectful of my property and always wore shoe protectors when inside my house. They cleaned up when they were finished and left my property just as they found it. In addition, I greatly appreciated the fact that they scheduled and completed the entire project before Thanksgiving which allowed me to host a planned family get-together for the holiday. My new furnace is working great. I expect the new system to be far more energy efficient than the one it replaced. I can recommend Jon Wayne without reservation to anyone needing heating and/or air conditioning service.

Called Jon Wayne after furnace suddenly failed and they had a tech out within 2 hrs. Inspection showed there was a hole in heat exchanger. Definitely bad news.
Before installation they cleaned ductwork. Had total HVAC system replacment plus hot water heater. Furnace needed minor adjustment which was promply attended to the next morning.
Furnace and hot water heater working nicely. Still winter so have not had the opportunity to use AC.
Installers where courteous professionals who did a great job.

Robert was here within 15 minutes when we found out our heater stopped working, I'm one of the coolest nights of the year. The first thing he did was try to put on his shoe protectors, that in itself shows the respect and care this company has for everyone's household! He was kind, caring, stepped us through what happened and what needs to be done and most importantly? My kiddos have a warm house to sleep in tonight. We were so worried that this service call would cost us an arm and a leg, but they were very reasonably priced for an emergency call, and he even giggled when I told him we had cookies ready for him! Many years ago when we got our system, many people told us we would never have anything to worry about with you as our servicer, and now. We will trust you with all of our HVAC needs from now on. Dealing with Jon Wayne Heating and Air is always the best experience. We always have our maintenance done by them but this time we had the heaters and AC units replaced. Work was done quickly and efficiently and then they cleaned our air ducts. I always felt like duct cleaning was not the most necessary thing to be but the house is now 20 years old so I ok’d the job. Very nice, noticeable difference in air flow. We will always use them for our HVAC maintenance and repair!

Being part of their service plan has its ins & outs, depending on how you feel about various aspects. We've been on it for a few years, now - so here the perspective from that angle.
Customer service, having met a bun h of their crew, is always great. Response time (hen out AC died in the middle of a heatwave, so everybody was slammed, for example) rates decent to great. Their repairs are solid, too.
They do it all by the book , like how they have it diagramed in school, and use the mre solod parts whenever there's a choi e to be had.... and that's where I'd point to a slight division in thinking:
They don't present options of lesser ways and/or parts. They just hold the higher standard... and that can come at a premium. If you have the money, and you want that level - here's your team!
If you're scrimping through, watching every penny (as was with us, where it's a HUGE homeowners claim - there are plenty of ways that meet regulations, and parts that may be just acceptable but not matching everything else. So, the bid we went with was 55% of theirs.
I'm not USUALLY that way - usually happy to pay more for the best, and know it; but, in the case, we were talking a $25G difference.)
Along the way, we also had a major plumbing issue where I did bids. They were the most expensive there, as well; but marginally so ($200); but I know just enough about plumbing to have seen the value in their way of not short-cutting anything.
...SO...
I'm still with them, giving a positive review, because in the area of regular maintenance and checks, being on their plan is definately worth it; and, even with discounts, you can't win them all when bidding out projects.

If you want the bottom dollar & "it'll work", go elsewhere.
If you want a crew that says "The correct, best way - like, how they teach it in school - is done like this; and here's that cost", this, here, is your crew.

Was not able to fix my AC 😞 No fault of Zack the technician. He went above and beyond. Set an appointment for Monday to look at a new system. Got the new system the team was amazing Joel got the electric done things are working better now. Amazing experience. Update one year later a blower motor went out. They came out checked it out and ordered the parts. We waited 2 weeks then had to call them to get an update. Part still on back order. Took several calls and another week without heat. They finally came out and changed the blower type to get it working temporarily tell the parts come in. The work was done well. I just wish the communication was better this time around.

We picked Air Services based on reviews and word of mouth…And I can see why they have such a great reputation!!! From calling to schedule to follow up through the process was top notch! Javan was our technician and did a fantastic job!!!! Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He was able to diagnosis a tricky AC issue in a short time and get it fixed superbly! Really impressive. We also found another problem under the house that I did not even know was there… Sweating AC ducts that was leaving the crawl space damp!!! I asked for a quote and got one the same day. No pressure, super knowledgeable, friendly, on time and fair prices… what else could you ask for? We also signed up for their preventative plan. The last company we used were also great but they were not Lennox specialist so we had to change. We are very glad to have chosen Air Services. Hopefully you will have the same results we had. Great local company!!!

Weston came out within 2.5 hours of our call. He was social, a good listen & fixed us up within 45 mins we had our heater! Thanks so much! He was knowledgeable in the services provided & set us up on an annual maintenance membership that will help us out tremendously. Dakota was extremely nice and professional coming to my house to address concerns with our furance. Dakota was very knowledgeable about the system and not only diagnosed and fix the problem quickly, but explained what he was doing and why. He also shared preventative steps we can take to ensure everything continues to work well and informed me of the maintenance plan available at Air Services Heating.

Very nice lady answered my call and after I told her the problem she knew right away what was wrong. ( I think even ordered the part) They then proceeded to charge 120.00 for service call AND a 120.00 for an hour of labor! Sensor flashing pointing directly to what the problem was plus she (Amy) had already diagnosed the problem.! When it came to the estimate, this is where I really realized that I been taken advantage of. When he went out to get an estimate, I looked up the part online. The most expensive one I could find online was 74.00. And the estimate to put a defroster board was over 500.00. I called them back and said I think you have over charged me for the service call but nope I was told I had to "pay for her to answer the phone and gas" I chose them because they were local here in Rogersville. Not sure if they charge everyone that much, does not seem to be an average amount as I called several places. Possibly priced the neighborhood? Nice hood but only average IMO. Partly my mistake for not asking up-front long story but I had it put in today for 20 dollars more than that very pricey service call.

Blake Todd was my technician. He called ahead, showed up on time and figured out the problem within 10 minutes of being here. I am so thankful I called Air Services and received same day service! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Austin Buck. He came out to handle a main service clog issue and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Austin was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in detail and made sure the system was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend both Austin and Air Service and Heating truly outstanding service!

Lexie did a great job on our installation. She got it done just in time before the rain came. She showed me how to run the new mini split and was on her way. Everything was picked up and done very professionally. Thank you so much Lexie!

Christian did a phenomenal job and was incredibly knowledgeable. They were able to show up and fix my furnace and install new air filters within an hour of calling and didn’t BS me with promos. Great service for the price.

Great experience with Taylor. Extremely knowledgeable and spelled out all my options for a water softener/filter. Found a leak and some misconfiguration on my water heater shut off valve. Won’t hesitate to recommend Air Service! Would 100% recommend the membership program as well!

Dirk was able to offer several price ranges for my ac/heater replacement. With all the work I needed done, it was a very fair price. Plus, their 10 year warrantee for parts and labor. They were able to install the next day. So far have been very pleased with Air Services. Jacie and Lexie, who did the main install in the house, were professional and put in an 11 hour work day to get things installed.
