I called today, Caleb arrived promptly when he said he would, was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He efficiently checked our furnace and replaced our thermostat. No hard selling, a very satisfying experience. We highly recommend Air Services Heating.

Logan was great! He was able to make it to my house a couple hours after calling at the end of the day. He not only fixed the problem, which was a blown fuse, but he looked into why it blew out in the first place. He worked on things for almost 2 hours and put in new filters and still only charged me the service fee. He was very polite and professional and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Air services if you ever need help with your furnace or AC!

Chris Bartell did an excellent job! He was professional, prompt, and thorough with his work. Everything was completed efficiently and done right the first time. I really appreciated his attention to detail and clear communication throughout the project. Highly recommend Chris for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician!

I recently had a great experience with Air Services for a plumbing issue at my home. Layton was prompt, courteous, and explained everything clearly. He identified the problem quickly and recommended replacing both the faucet and the shutoff valve. I’m very satisfied with the job done and would definitely recommend Air Services for anyone needing plumbing work.

Air Services came out the same day we called for assistance. We were fortunate to have Jeff work with us, and he was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, efficient, patient and had a good sense of humor. All done during a very hot summer day. We never felt rushed or pressured, and he took the time to answer all of our questions. A very nice and helpful person. We have used Air Services in the past as well. Based on all experiences, we highly recommend. Let me start by saying we have dealt with Air Services for awhile now and have been pleased with the the small issues that have come up. We requested to have a new system since ours was so old but we had our doubts about such a major job. When Matt Wallis showed up with his partner Mike , we didn’t know for sure if they would be done in one day. When they got started they didn’t stop until they finished. Like I said, I had my doubts. These guys were specific about everything they put their hands on. Explained any questions I had. Very clean, knowledgeable and very professional. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend Air Services to anyone wanting a professional job done. We are very happy with our new system and I really am impressed with these two professionals Air Service sent to our home and it’s so nice the way the stays cool and you can’t even hear it

Blake was great! He was able to help me understand how the heat pump works over the phone which saved me a service call and took a load off my mind! He was friendly, professional, and patient. He answered all my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with the answers and explanations. It appears that everything is running properly and efficiently and I'm going to schedule a maintenance check in the near future at his suggestion. Thank you!

Service tech seemed like a nice guy. Unfortunately he knew very little about my HVAC system (even though it is a popular brand). He offered no solution for the problem, and after I did just a little bit of research discovered that he gave incorrect information on what thermostats will work with my system (it requires a communicating thermostat).

I received an automated follow up text asking about my experience. I responded with a text that had the above information… no response. I then received a text asking if the tech had
left tools at my home, even though
I had already told them the tech didn’t do
anything.

They then sent an automated text asking for a google review. Here it is:

I paid almost $100 for no fix and incorrect information. The only reason for any stars is because the service tech was a geniunely nice guy.

Blake Todd came out during a winter storm to fix our furnace and did a great job! He was quick, thorough, friendly, and even showed us pictures and videos of the inside of our unit. He showed us quick fixes we could do ourselves in the future, and the bill was very affordable! Our first time using this company, and won’t be our last.

Austin was friendly ,helpful, and got the job done quickly. It's also severe winter weather so I was very greatful! He also gave me some really good tips for our plumbing issues. I definitely will be calling again when I need services!

Layton did an excellent job walking through the issues I had at the house! He explained the subscription options for maintenance, and completed the work quickly. Price was significantly higher than expected, for repairing a toilet flange. Bummed with the $100 to come out, then you’re kinda stuck between a rock and a thorn… but I guess that’s part of the deal now? I don’t think the following is Laytons fault but can’t confirm, Scheduling was kinda rough, communicated a 10 am appointment yet wasn’t on site until 1:30pm. Communication could have been better on what was happening. I would have been fine with bad news, but no news is always worse.

Matt, Jayden and Juan came to our home to install a furnace. They came, looked over the property and explained what they would be doing. They were professional, went straight to work and talked to us as we asked questions. Nothing was left undone. After they worked they cleaned up the house and asked if we had any questions. I appreciated their behavior and how they treated our home with care. I would highly recommend them to do any heating issues that you may have. They were also respectable. I loved that !!!
We also had other technicians Joel, and Austin that did service at our home and they were professional and to the point explaining everything that had to be done. Dakota the electrician was the last technician and he was very clear and to the point about what he was doing and what could be done for our safety with the electrical panel in our home. What I would like to say about ALL of your technicians is that they performed their jobs well and left our home with an A+ rating. I would recommend you to anyone that need work performed at their home.

Awesome team that came out to install my mini split unit. They worked seamlessly together and then proceeded to clean everything up after themselves. One individual was 34 and the other was 19. I will say that the two of them made a fantastic team and would happily have them work on my next install.

Currently don't have pictures of the install as writing this review away from my house.

Alex came to the house at the exact time I was told he would be here. He went to dobthe inspection on unit inside the house and did some adjusting and also worked on the a.c. unit outside.He was very professional doing the inspection and told me that every thing was working fine.. I am very glad that I chose your company to do the initial repair work. I have experienced nothing but excellence and extreme competence fron the repair techs thatchave come here.

Thank you for having the best techs out in the field working! My tech today was Claude he was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. The PROFESSIONALS at air services are just that: PROFESSIONAL. A text before arrival, letting you know they are on their way is so helpful. Once they start a job they don’t stop til it’s finished, no smoking or other breaks. Very considerate of not interfering with the normal rhythm of the customer’s day. They always bring enough staff to insure expedient work. They have done a number of jobs for us in the past (including a new HVAC system) and they provide a consistent service which always leads us back to them.

The crew that installed our gemstone lights were no exception. We love our lights and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with them and Air Services before they left. They left our home clean and neat, picking up after themselves. Thx to Kaleb, Dalton and the other crew member (didn’t get his name.) All 3 were great!

Since this post I reached out they sent tech back and did the other outlet we wanted for no extra charge. Did have to cut up some drywall and the tech still tried to have my wife pay. But they did come add it.

Paid $650 for one outlet wich seemed high. The tech left hole in celling leaned on our cabinet trim and it popped off had to re attach it. Normally wouldn’t complain about these things but for the price should be closer to Perfect. Disappointed heard good things from this place

Dirk did a thorough job explaining the Split System installation. I was presenting two different options and given the estimates the next day. All my questions were answered thoroughly. Overall, a great job.

Chris, Caleb, Jacie, And many others did a great job of installing my split System AC and heating. They answered all my questions and showed me how to operate the system. I would recommend Air Services to anyone inquiring. I had three independent systems installed at a very competitive price.

2 employees that removed my old unit and installed the new. Well mannered and professional. Worked hard and completed the job on a hot day.

Our tech Thomas was exceptional! He was respectful, mindful, and kept us in the loop with each step. He did this so politely, with a smile on his face...even after being in our 137 degree attic. If we ever need service again, we will be a lifetime customer.

Anthony's visit today completed SS&B's annual checkup of my HVAC system. He provided the winter service last January and the summer service today. His work was thorough as he kept informed as to what he was doing and why. Very helpful information. I will be using this service from SS&B next year and beyond. Given everything that could go wrong when an HVAC system is left unattended, it's worth the company's reasonable and competitive charge to have the annual service done.

Absolutely 5 stars!

We recently had some HVAC upgrades done to our secondary home and chose SS&B. We couldn't be happier. The team gave us multiple options to choose from and never pressured us to spend more than we wanted to. We also decided to do a smart thermostat and I was a little nervous (I'm 68 and not always the most tech-savvy) but they made sure I was comfortable with using the system from start to finish.

Excellent service, no pushy sales tactics, and just good, honest help. Highly recommend!
