Both gentlemen, Hunter included, should be commended on their professionalism and courtesy. They were very thorough in their explanations and services. And while I didn’t purchase their monthly/yearly program because money is tight, we will most likely call 1 Hour again and wouldn’t be surprised if we join.

It’s been a couple of years with scheduled maintenance and every time they come out, it’s a pleasant experience. Friendly service and they take the time to educate you on how to make sure to keep everything tip top between visits

Very professional and knowledgeable. Great price for repair. Got to me a day early which was greatly appreciated since our AC unit stopped working in high temperatures. Our technician Mario was very nice and knew exactly what to look for and was able to do the repair right away because he had the piece on the work truck. He talked with me about maintaining my unit since I am new to all of this. I set up service with them to clean and check my units yearly and that gives me a discount on service and parts. Thank you for a great job Mario!

A smooth experience from start to finish! Dispatcher taking my information was polite and helpful. Offered same day service on a Saturday! I never mind paying a weekend service fee when the A/C goes out during the Summer and am happy it’s an option. Mario was our technician and was extremely thorough with explaining our service options as well as what the equipment did for the system that needed attention. All in all extremely pleasant company to deal with and I will recommend to all family and friends!

Brandon is a pleasant person. He was very thorough in inspecting our furnace and getting it ready for the up-coming winter months.. He made a needed adjustment and walked me through everything. we look forward to continuing our on-going relationship with One Hour. Thanks!

As always this company goes above and beyond. Brandon Rear was very professional and courteous. While Brandon was at my home I asked if he could help me program our thermostat. He went above and beyond and helped me get everyday programmed with the temps we wanted for certain hours of the day. Thank you so much! Thankful they come from Springfield to Joplin with great service and expertise.

Brandon was polite...explained everything to us and made sure we understood what he needed to do to activate our air-conditioner . We were VERY pleased with his knowledge and he was most thorough with cleaning as well. He offered suggestions for your PREMIER account warranty...and we took his advice. Hunter was absolutely Professional and informative on his visit to review our HVAC system. Was very polite and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing and why. I would recommend One Hour Heating and Air, espicially the young man Hunter.

Mario arrived promptly after we received call from the office that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and listened to issue we were experiencing with our AC system and appreciated all of the information we were able to provide regard the system failure. He promptly assessed the problem and provided us with options and cost to implement each. He could not have been nicer and was happy to perform any of options we chose (no upsell pressure). He completed the option chosen and we were up and running with cold air! He was very conscientious of our home. A great experience!

So pleased with the prompt service from Mario at One Hour. We found him to be friendly, and knowledgeable. He found the problem, showed us the problem, and gave us the options that are available. After dealing with him, I feel comfortable, putting our trust in this company to take care of future problems.

Blaine was great. Very friendly and polite. He did a wonderful job of explaining any issues and pricing for repairs. The repair job was finished in a quick manner and my unit is running cold again! A power unit burned out on my heater and Gabriel came in, knew what was up, and got it done fast. Our heater is in a very inconvenient spot to work on, and he didn’t complain, but got the job done. Very kind and professional.

Called last night at 4 because our air conditioning stopped working they told me 8-12 spot the next day and they were here at 8am!!! Brandon did a great job checking everything and explained everything in a way that I could understand! Great company
