Tim was so amazing!! Not only did he squeeze me in the same day, but he came as soon as he began his day. I cannot believe how caring, and amazing he is. If I could give him 15 stars or more I would!

Needing to get new Heat and units for our house. I picked At your service 417 due to them being the best cost of 5 quotes........well I also got the best service as
well. I am very pleased with the quality of work. The new units work great and team did a great job. I would highly recommend them if you need new units or repair work.

Quickly responded to a non-cooling A/C. Performed troubleshooting to find cause and then offered options. I opted for unit replacement - only to a few days to get unit in and installed. Installation went well (aside from my smart thermostat being not so smart).

Tim is an actual angel on earth! We called "All Klear All Hours" in a panic on Wednesday night with our air messing up. They came the next day and quoted us $2200 to fix it to THEN be able to test. Heartbroken- we tried one final place on Friday at 5pm and Tim came this morning, fixed our air and we paid him $99. TIM IS OUR GUY FOR THE REST OF FOREVER!! There aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate you helping our family and NOT taking advantage of us!!

Tim is an honest man that may seem quirky, but he'll get your job done. During this heat wave my 30 year old air conditioner had enough. He was very responsive to any of my concerns. I'm greatful for his service, and you will be, too.

Got a panic call from elderly family member saying her furnace was not running properly. With cold weather in the forecast and me living in Jefferson City I texted Tim based on a recommendation. He replied immediately. This was late in the afternoon. He was in their neighborhood said he would stop by. He was at the house within minutes had the problem taken care of. He was great to work with.

Tim replaced our Furnace and AC back in July of 2023. I would definitely recommend this company for all your heating and air needs.

Tim was great. Came out the day after I called and fixed our mini-split. (Which most people in sw Missouri don't even know about) He was prompt and communicated well throughout the job. Highly recommend him to the Springfield Mo area!!!

Called after 4pm he showed up that evening while picking up his grandson and on the way to church. Fixed the furnace the most cost effective way possible honest and great guy will be using again for any future work.

Tim came to our home and was able to detect the problem with our air conditioner immediately. It was actually a "mess up" done by another company. He was quick and efficient and everything was done with a GREAT attitude. And he saved us several hundred dollars. I will definitely be calling 417 Heating and Air Conditioning again if need be.

Tim is great! My husband had worked for two days to try to fix our AC himself, while in the meantime, our house was up to 92 degrees inside. We called Tim hoping he could help us, but not sure if or when he could come all the way out to our home in the country during peak AC repair season. Instead, he was able to help my husband troubleshoot the problem and fix the air conditioner over the phone!! Amazing! And we were able to sleep in our cool house again that night. Thanks, Tim!!

I had to move my mobile home, and along with it I had to move my exterior air conditioning, having it disconnected and reconnected. I was very thankful to have someone that was professional and could do the job without me having to worry if it was done correctly.
