Christian was absolutely amazing. Found the problem and went to get the part, repaired and ensured everything was working within an hour of arriving. Lorenz was the only "24/7" business that actually answered on a Saturday. Everything was so great we scheduled more services before Christian even left. Extremely competitive pricing with top tier service and customer support. If you don't consider Lorenz for you home needs you're crazy.

I have used several air and heating services through the years and Aire Serv hands down the best. The technician, Kevin, who has 26 yrs experience and continued training, did a great job on maintenance service on our furnace. When he was done, he went over a very thorough check list and answered all questions. Will be using Aire Serve in spring for air conditioner checkup.

Shane or technician was quick to diagnose the problem had the part on the truck to get it fixed and was in and out in no time only disappointment is I still have yet to receive a receipt for credit card payment made.

Mike was very professional and did an excellent job. I sat with my two dogs on the stairs in my garage while he worked. He chatted right along. He even changed a filter for me in the house and fixed the attic covering in the garage. Great job!

They showed up exactly when they said they would…. A little early in fact. On a Saturday. Very knowledgeable, very thorough. Went 3 steps past the “other guy” in troubleshooting our unit. They nailed it and they probably could have charged me more!!! Thanks Matt.

Dustin came to service our AC units before summer and he went above and beyond to help us get ready. He checked everything top to bottom, checked filters, changed a fuse for us and was very knowledgeable about everything. Gave us great tips and did it all with a smile. We will recommend Dustin and AirServ to everyone we know!! 10/10

Anthony did an outstanding job with our furnace last week. Everything is running smoothly. We were very impressed with his performance.

They were so quick to respond! It's was a Sunday morning and extremely hot outside. My air-conditioning quit and they came and fixed it within an hour of the call. Very friendly and fast and did great work. Would definitely recommend Air Serve! Very pleased!

Tech was very professional.. was early, but we had a text and a phone call telling us he was on his was.. he checked everything on our unit and all was good. Made a couple of recommendations if we had any problems, and was done. We will see if it will recreate the problem again when it gets up close to 90° again.. hope not..

Had a furnace issue pop up overnight. I called and they sent someone out same day. Matt was great and got us back up and running quickly.

A company that works 24/7 and doesn't charge exorbitant fees on the weekend is a gem. I had used someone else every year when my A/C is low on refrigerant and it usually needs at least a pound of freon. This time on a Saturday night we came home to a house @85⁰. I waited until Sunday morning to call because it's not fair to contact someone unnecessarily at 12:30 a.m. I know when I've worked service in another industry going out in the dead of night sucks. I was contacted within about 30-45 minutes of my service request Sunday morning. The very nice dispatcher told me they were really busy and booked up but they would try to fit me in in the afternoon. I received a call about 12:15 p.m. by the technician. Kevin the technician gave us enough time to finish grocery shopping and go home to meet him. Kevin was friendly, knew his business and found the two issues. He had the capacitor our unit needed outside and added the appropriate amount of refrigerant. Yes, Freon is expensive, yes it cost some money for the labor and capacitor, but it's worth it to keep your family in comfort on a hot humid weekend and many days to come. I've used a company many years ago at a different house that charged me 2-3 times what I paid today just in labor on a weekend. I highly recommend Air Serve. My bill was less than $500. Thank you for outstanding compassionate communication and quick work!

Nick was outstanding to work with! He did a quick & efficient job, and was extremely nice and personable. The office ladies were not very responsive and took a long time to get back to us for an easy fix, but Diane was able to fix that. Ask for Nick as your tech!

Had another company come out to fix heater. Still did not work within hr😔 we decided to try a new company that I'm not familiar with. Cannot tell you just how pleased with Aire Serv! We worked with Kevin C.. Very knowledgeable and honest with you. He will explain what is going on in terms you can understand. He checked and really looked over and tested our heater ( other company did not do). Professional to work with. They send text messages when they are on the way with staff members name. They were on time. Easy to get a hold of. Will definitely use this company again. Cannot attest to others but we will be requesting Kevin. Thank you for a working heater!
