Spencer HVAC is one of the best in town punctual courteous and does an outstanding job I know many people that he was referred to that had systems put in and not one complaint the work is top-notch and the prices are unbeatable I recommend Spencer HVAC for all your heating and air needs.

Their team came out and were amazing from the start. I called them and they had an opening, so were able to come over within a few hours. They had to do substantially more work than expected but they stayed until the job was done. Nice, professional, reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone going forward.

Excellent service. The latest in modern tools for quick, efficient work - very important when you pay by the hour! Extremely knowledgeable, reasonable rates. I had a contractor's license and had HVAC people work for me. I was very pleased that this guy did not attempt to deceive me, as about 50% of others I call have.

These folks have been super helpful and I highly recommend them, hopefully other people bring business to them. After going through other sub-par HVAC companies with our construction company that either did a bad job or charged too much these guys are fair prices for a good job.

Finding a good honest reliable hvac specialist is similar to that of a mechanic which is a lot of the time your just not sure if it was done right, if it was over or under the amount needing done, and/or the price tag with the services done.
I've been using Spencer HVAC for many years on multiple different properties I've had and he is definitely one you can trust and count on. He's an owner operator that is very skilled in his trade with years of experience. he's very quick to diagnose the problem and with my experience he always hits the nail on the head even breaking down the prices of the equipment or parts needed for the repair right then and there and a lot of the time even having the parts on hand with him. He a true 24hr service guy and even showed up one night at 2am in the middle of one of those terrible ice storms to fix my gas so the pipes didn't break. Well worth the cost. Most recently I had a full air condenser/furnace replacement at one of my homes and for insurance purpose I was required to get multiple quotes and was shocked the rates some of these big name places are charging. It's almost triple the price on what they actually pay for equipment and labor an hour is the same as some doctors prices its typical highway robbery that you see far to often in these trade industies unfortunately. So if your not sure what the issue is and afraid to call cause you might get ripped off or sold some not needed BS for extra dollars. Your not alone. Avoid the anxiety and stress and Call Dan Spencer at Spencer HVAC he knows it better than the rest and can break it all down even a monkey like myself can understand what and why it is that needs done, done. With prices, time frame and shecduale broke down in multiple different ways if needed.

I have been a General Contractor in the Springfield area for 30 years. I’ve used most all HVAC companies over the years, at least once. The work we typically do is high end, not all, however we always have a high attention to quality workmanship, work ethic, and dependability. I say all of this to say that Spencer HVAC is the best I’ve used in my entire career. They always exceed my expectations, and always have very fair pricing. If you’re looking for dependable people that will always TRULY have your best interests at heart, this is the company to call. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have been a homeowner for almost 20 yrs.
Dan has always kept my heat and air running. He has very fair prices but what is most valuable is how he will save your equipment if at all possible and keep it running so you don't have to be under the gun to buy brand new if it is at all possible. Big companies will be more likely to sell you new equipment under duress even if they could have fixed your equipment and it could run a little longer while you are able to prepare to buy new equipment. He has worked on two other homes in our family and we have all had positive outcomes.

We were in need of a new sink to fit an existing countertop. Our current sink was no longer manufactured, so a replacement had to be found to fit the counter. When the day came to take out the existing plumbing and install the new sink and garbage disposal Ben the plumber was sent to our home. Ben was very patient with the sink going in and hooked everything back together perfectly!

My Hot Water Heater started dripping water on a Sunday morning. I called Lorenz Plumbing and said help. The owner was there in 15 Min. to turn off the water. Then we got a great new Water Heater in about 2 days from Lorenz. They are fabulous and will never use another Plumbing Company but Lorenz. Becky Hartmayer

Very disappointed with this company. Called because our air was out and they sent a repair person out that spent a total of ten minutes at our house. Told us we just needed a new unit. This person never talked to me the house owner to let me know what he thought was wrong. Sent a bill for stopping by for $139 and quotes for a new unit. Has another company come out and they fixed it in minutes by recharging the system.

Dylan and Lane replaced our furnace and ac unit early May. They did a superb job. They were highly efficient, professional and their work showed their expertise and knowledge. We would highly recommend Lorenz and this crew to anyone who asks us.

Had a small issue with our furnace recently and called Lorenz. They addressed our issue, and showed me the exact fix and what it needed. Very up front about everything, and super friendly. They got me fixed up, as well as putting me on their service schedule for our units in the fall and spring. Will definitely be using them again if we have any other issues.
