Brandon was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about how our HVAC system works. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, due to our landlord’s restrictions, he couldn’t replace any parts, but his professionalism and excellent customer service made a great impression. Highly recommend him!

Awesome people, they went to my house a month and a half ago, they inspect and check my HVAC. Its the little detail i like about them. items like loose wire, the sudden sound of AC turning on they notice. after their service i notice my copper pipe is getting wet and just dripping everywhere, so i called them. same day they went back and fix the problem. they were professional and easy to talk to. i look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them to other people.

Air Serve quoted fixing my Heater at $2000 with a warranty for the part. I thought I need to see if there is a better price. HVAC LLC answered me immediately and could get me in. After I sent pictures and told them the issue after immediate answers through text, they were able to quote $864 which was significantly cheaper. Air Serve said the part would not be in for 6 weeks. HVAC LLC knew someone that had the part and had it in a week. There professionalism and unbelievable price made them my go to for my HVAC needs.

I just want everybody to know that I had a great experience with Spencer HVAC service company I called them and they came out immediately and fix my problem I actually had called two other air conditioning companies and they couldn't figure out the problem Spencer Heating and Cooling come out here and fix my air conditioner the first try

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAN SPENCER OR SPENCER HVAC! He was overpaid $400 of another customer's money and refused to return it after talking to him about it. Admitted he was overpaid, but deemed it okay because we handed him the money. Even though he falsely signed the ticket with another company's name on it. Rude and dishonest guy. Wouldn't trust him to do work on my house. If you received nearly $500 for a transaction you KNEW was less than $100...a ticket that was labeled All Services that you signed and responded to at the pay window...you're a crook and that's why we filed a police report against you. The transaction was completely dishonest on your part and you knew it.
