Calling Lorenz was the best decision. They were caring, efficient, and very knowledgeable. My experience with them from the beginning was all 5 star. From the nice young lady who answered the phone to the plumber who showed up and fixed a difficult issue. You can tell they care and have high standards. I will never use any other company.

We had another company give an estimate for a furnace replacement that seemed incredibly high, so we called Lorenz out to get an estimate and they quoted less than 1/2 what the other company did...for a bigger unit. Super pleased with the whole experience from start to finish! So much so that we had them come out and replace our central air unit 3 months later and had the same great experience again. Prices are extremely reasonable, scheduling is easy, everyone you deal with is friendly, they show up when they say they will. They leave things tidy and seal up if they have to drill new holes to complete the install. They will be our go-to now for anything plumbing, heating or A/C. TOP NOTCH, Lorenz!

We were able to get assistance quickly, during an extended heat wave. The staff who set the appointment made sure I was aware of the cost of a service call before scheduling, so there were no surprises. Michael W and Drake R were the technicians who worked on our air conditioner, and we were pleased with their professional services - from quickly diagnosing and solving the problem, to answering several random questions.

I had new sewer lines put in. They were professional and timely. As far as I know the work they did was good.

Lorenz replaced our water lines from the water meter, to the building, and throughout the building. We had the original 1960's era galvanized piping and it was at the end of it's lifespan. They did a fantastic job and we encountered ZERO problems. Well done Lorenz.

Lorenz Plumbing provides the industry leading Trane HVAC systems at a very reasonable price. Their skilled HVAC Technicians, such as Robert and Brian, are personable, knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of my home like it was their own.

Besides installing three Trane a/c units two years ago, Brian and Robert replaced our main furnace with a new Trane unit this past week in a matter of hours. Robert also found a serious safety issue with one of our smaller furnace’s gas valve during the Fall furnace service.

Robert and Brian are two of the most highly skilled and professional HVAC Technicians I’ve ever been familiar with. Lorenz has earned my business for many years to come!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but they definitely deserve one. The girl who answered the phone gave great customer service. I was very happy with that. The guy that showed up did an amazing job. He was super polite and professional, and got the job done in a timely manner thoroughly. I pretty much do all of my own Handy work, but my wife insisted on having them do it since it involves the propane lines to the house, I was not disappointed

I've used lorenz for years. They are the best for anything tankless or radiant plus they always get someone out quickly and their techs are incredible. The office managers and technicians/plumbers do this because they care about the customer and it shows

Brandon was GREAT! It's been in the 100+ degrees for the past couple of weeks when our AC system shut down last night! Brandon was here quickly, did his job efficiently, and was very personable! Reliable and thorough. Quality service every time we call. This is the 2nd HVAC system we have purchased from Lorenz. They installed one for our rental and one for our primary residence. Highly recommend!

Twenty year old Moen shower head and side sprays had diminished water flow to degree not usable. First plumbing company's solution was to replace the entire valve assembly which also required cutting hole in wall behind the shower to access valve assembly. Replacement was to include new Delta valve assembly and Delta trim with suggestion to maybe not replace side spray functionality to reduce cost. Estimate was $2370 to restore water flow only to shower head. Lorenz plumbing evaluated it and determined that replacing the diverter valve and mixing valve in existing valve assembly was probably all that was necessary. The valves could be accessed just by removing the trim on the shower wall face. Estimate and final cost was $377 to restore total water flow. Appreciate the honesty and professionalism in the work that was done by Lorenz Plumbing and their willingness to propose a common sense economical solution for the customer's benefit in lieu of a solution that maximized their profit.

Great company! Just had to have my home hooked up to city sewer. These guys went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
