It was easy to get an estimate & schedule an appt. They showed up on time, they completed the job per the estimated time & price while being courteous & professional. One recommendation, clean the grills before putting them back on.

Called them around 5 pm got the service at 7:30 pm.Shane did a great job….after 20 minutes A/C works as it be.thank you so much.

Came out to do our annual service.we has noticed Our electric bill had hope up.We assumed it was the weather.Upon inspecting our unit as part of our service contract tech Charlie discovered a defect switch that was causing our condition to not cycle properly.It was running all the time.We had him replaced it.We would of never known and it probably would of damaged unit then it cost to me put in a new switch.We are greatful for the service in catching this.Been with this company many years they are truthful and reliable and honest.1 st problem I've had in over 15 yrs with being with this company.Thsnk you tech Charlie.

Same day service which is rare! Our tech was informative and did a great job. 10/10 recommend.

My AC wouldn't turn on so a tech replaced a blown fuse and blamed it on the wind. Didn't diagnose the whole system. Charged me $231. Later that day it blew again. Tech returned next day and found a frayed furnace wire that was arching. Said he didn't think to check the furnace. Repaired the wire and charged another $131! They won't furnish me with a receipt or invoice proving services. I was charged $362 to replace a fuse and a wire.

Aire Serve came out because my air conditioner wasn’t blowing cool air. After examining the unit , air filters and coil, it was found to be frozen. After all is said and done, the 26 year old unit needs to be replaced 🙁.

I had Aire Serv come out to help with a problem I was having with my AC. My technician Shane was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took great care of me and will definitely do business again.

Charlie provided great service and information. In providing that information I discovered my original purchase did not include a quick start package which now cost me $300 +. Would that information omitted by sales person have changed my purchase? Probably not, but it makes me cautious for any other purchases.

Marco was very polite & friendly & super thorough doing our summer a/c checkup & he explained everything very well. We always use Aire Serv & will continue to do so!

Shane is a great employee with the company. He came out to repair a disconnected furnace exhaust pipe. He was fast and efficient.

Shane was friendly and courteous. He inspected and cleaned air conditioner. He also changed the filters (which is very hard for me to do).
Would highly recommend him and AireServ (company I have used for several years for both air conditioner and furnace inspections).

We have a home warranty & have been calling them for 3 days of 99 degree heat that our air conditioner was not working. We called Aire Serv because we were so hot in our house & Aire Serv of Springfield came out the next day to give us some relief. I'm 77 on oxygen & my husband is 82. This is not healthy for either of us. Aire service of Springfield/ Branson is worth coming out for your repairs.

Since moving to Springfield 2.5 years ago, we’ve used this company for checkups on our system with fantastic results. This last service with Shane was another positive encounter. Always prompt, very personable, leaving us feeling like we are being well taken care of…highly recommend!!

Mike is a great technician. The service is always top notch. I have everything checked twice a year. The new unit they put in 2yrs ago is awesome. Since I'm on the top floor of my condo with high ceilings it works great. I wouldn't think of using anyone else!!!

Hey your team just installed a new unit in my house at Willard. Redoing this review. My a/c quit working within a week. Your 1st crew set it up incorrectly. I know your team works long hours but it was frustrating. Fortunately your 2nd and 3rd tech fixed the problem and I.d. the issue. Straight honest what the issue was. Thanks to them.

Mike was easy to talk to and took the time to show and answer all my questions. He recommended a couple of maintenance items to help my 11 year old A/C unit make it to hopefully 15. Thank you to Aire Serv, in general, for keeping my A/C and furnace in fantastic shape.

So when we bought our house last year, my husband had our AC serviced, and apparently bought their 189.00 service contract. My husband passed in Jan (we never called back) They reached out to me saying it was paid for and made an appt to service heater for winter.
After Kent passed, something chewed through the wires on AC so I called ' Air SERVICES " who were very professional I too purchased THEIR service contract for same 189.00.
When Air Serve called to schedule the appt, I inquired about having them flush my water heater, she said they don't do plumbing , people mistake them for the other company. Long story shortened, he did inspection, said everything seemed ok, then rattled off 3 things he recommended I get since it is 7 yrs old ( my house just turned 6 yrs old)
One item was 1,999, the other parts ran around 900.00 so just around 3,000, I told him I was unable to, since I lost my husband's disability, and am trying to hang on to the home we worked whole life for (thanks VA) I asked if he neede filter sizes to replace ? ( other company Air Services ) does every time they come out.
He proceeded to just flash a light on it from floor, said it looked spotty but should be ok for a bit. Today I climbed up to change the filter, and it was filthy !!
I will not be calling/renewing this company's service contract, but WILL continue using Air SERVICES !! They know how to treat their customers, and don't hesitate to help a senior widow. I will attach photo of dirty filter

Needed after hours service and they were able to come and fix our a/c within 2 hours. Service man Randy was terrific.

They were quick to respond to my call and Charlie the technician was very knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly and fixed our ac. Also, felt the pricing was very reasonable.
