We had some minor issues with our furnace and the technician Keaton, was so helpful. He did not rush the process and in doing a full inspection, found some other issues we had going on and corrected them. He also left some basic maintenance information for us.
If I could give Keaton more than 5 stars I would. We will not use any other company than Lorenz in the future!

I could not ask for a better company for my furnace and plumbing needs. Everyone is very knowledgeable, timely, helpful and friendly. I have used them for the last several years for everything from furnace and sewer replacement and repair to clogged toilets. I could not be more pleased!

Exceptional service. Furnace wouldn’t come on and repairman got here earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem and got it up and running in a reasonable amount of time. They have acquired a new customer.

I called the company and spoke with the lady that makes the appointments. I told her the sink was clogged. I asked her about pricing and she stated it's a 130.00 diagnostic fee and that she doubted it would be more than that or even that amount because we already knew it was just clogged. They came out spent about 5-6 minutes here and got it unclogged. Then I get a bill for 160.00. So I called her again. She said oh it was put in your account he was to discuss any charges with you, which he never did. He just fixed it and went on his way. She said her apologies and said she would talk to management. I asked her how that's supposed to help me. And she said to pay your 160.00 bill.
I will never use them again and will let all my friends and my own clients know not to use them either. That's just dishonest and I know it's only 30.00 extra dollars but she made it appear from the first call it probably wouldn't even be the full 130.00 fee.

They accurately diagnosed what I was concerned about. They were able to access the duct work under my house in a tight fitting space to analyze where I was losing heat and they were able to remove old duct work and install new duct work. They also replaced two Boots that were leaking air and were rested and damaged and put in new boots and sealed that area to reduce or restrict leaking air from under the house.

I had a new hot water heater installed and had a wonderful experience from my first call to schedule with Chelsea to instalation being handled with great care from my technician, Cody. Cody addressed every concern I had throughout his time installing the new heater and thoroughly cleaned the space before leaving. Thank you to the entire Lorenz team for making this an easy and enjoyable experience.

Communication was fantastic from the office staff to Brandon when he came to do the service call. He was very helpful and explained everything that he was doing from what the tests showed and what needed to be done to fix the furnace. He also explained their yearly maintenance plan and the benefits and cost. We will definitely be calling them again. “They are your friends at Lorenz!”

LORENZ is always there for me at drop of a hat and after hours. Their pricing is not inflated, even for after hours. The security they give me is such a relief for a 65 year old single women that lives alone. I call them, come the same day. Thank you Lorenz.

They made the whole process painless. Every person I came into contact with was really nice. Bryan and Dillon were friendly and professional with the install.

We had an issue with our plumbing and wanted to clarify something very important.
It was never the business’s intention to bill me what they did out of bad business or from giving me or making a false quote at all. It was simply a matter of miscommunication. The owner had gone beyond even our request to make it right. I wanted to apologize for my statement of their practices because that’s not the kind of company this company is ran by and stands for.
I will send anyone of my own personal clients and friends their way.

We had a brand new furnace and ac unit installed. Everyone that we came in contact with was a pleasure ti work with. I have and would recommend Lorenz for all your hvac and plumbing needs.

Had some issues with my furnace and called Lorenz. I got an appointment quick and Brandon was great! Would definitely recommend Lorenz and I won't hesitate to use again in the future!

On the eve of a snowstorm coming, my water heater decided it was done. Lorenz came out within a couple hours and just a couple hours after that, hot water was back! Zeb, the tech, was so professional, and fun to interact with, while doing his job. Left behind zero messes after installing the new water heater, and even educated me on the new water heater functions. I recommend Lorenz for any plumbing or HVAC needs!! They will always be my first call.

Robert was amazing. He came out and wired in a 480v Heater for us. Other big company in Springfield wanted 2k, Lorenz did it for much cheaper and they were very quick. Highly recommend them.

I normally don't do reviews but I had to this time. Our house is 145 years old so we had clay pipes for sewer lines. We called about 10 companies to come give us a quote for a complete sewer replacement. So when I called Lorenz the lady that answered the phone was so nice and the guys came right out. They were so truthful and honest from talking with them we knew we called the right place. The price was so Fantastic for all the hard work the guys had to do from digging up the whole thing and helping City Utilities fix the problem for them as well. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them for the job. They did everything they said they would do and then some for the price we payed. Which I mentioned was the best. This weekend, when the cold air flew in, my furnace didn't seem to be putting out enough hot air to heat the whole park model. Aaron arrived by noon and figured out quickly what needed to be done. He went and picked up what was needed and returned shortly to fix the situation. He was respectful, efficient and friendly. He listened to my questions and patiently answered them! So thankful for reliable service! Thanks, Aaron!

I had left a wonderful review 3 days ago about how well they treated my parents. Unfortunately I deleted it. When they came out to work on and try to fix my parents furnace the young man was incredibly helpful although he couldn't fix it. My parents were told someone would be out Monday to fix it. Monday came and went with no one coming. When my dad called they were rude and told him they weren't coming back out and if they did they would be charged another service charge. They had already paid $400 for nothing. They had to call someone else to come and fix it. My parents are in their it's and this is how they were treated. I would NEVER recommend them to fix anything. Terrible service.

Excellent Customer Service! When I call for a service, and the person I talk to is rude and uncaring, I would never give my business to them. I give Chelsey a 5+ for her great customer service.
I could write a small book here in telling you about my experience with Lorenz Plumbing, but this is my review on my service I received from them.
They were amazing. I had to have my sewer line replaced due to tree roots in the pipes. Called them for an emergency Saturday morning issue, and someone was here within 2 hrs. They fixed it temporarily until the following week. When Josh, the technician- plumber came out to start digging the 10 X 10 ditch to replace my piping, I was amazed at his knowledge, and actually caring enough to know there was more of a problem then just the sewer. In short: He went above and beyond of what I believe another plumber would have done. Companies want your money, but rarely do they do more then what their paid to come out and do. At 73, and far from having a lot of money, that was a big concern from me. But, they deducted a big part of my emergency visit I had the Saturday before towards my bill. They were, I’m sure, more reasonable than any other plumber I could have called. So very thankful I received their flyer the Friday I needed them. Josh did an amazing, and caring job. I am still in shock that a company, competing with so many plumbers in this town could not only be so knowledgeable, but have such genuine, caring people employed with them. They were all amazing. I highly recommend anyone needing a plumber that cares, call Lorenz. Such good people, and very excellent customer service. josh did find the problem, and it is being taken care of now. Very satisfied customer! There are times when you know there is still hope in the trials we face.

I used Lorenz Plumbing for the first time this week and was very pleased with their service. The plumbing inspection yesterday showed a corroded water line in the front bathroom and they immediately scheduled for a service call this morning. The price was reasonable, especially with a 10% discount. I would highly recommend this company.
