The guys at Armitage are very professional and did an amazing job installing an entire HVAC system and duct work in my workshop/studio space.
From the initial estimate, I knew by the level of detail and consideration that they were really meticulous, thinking through and problem-solving different approaches to provide a system that would achieve all of my goals. It was bone-chilling cold in my building when they were here for the estimate, but that did not stop them from doing a thorough assessment and talking through different approaches for routing the duct work into all the rooms. They detailed all the additional needs that would likely come up and they also recommended a great plumber, Pavel, to help route the propane.
They answered all my questions, listened to all my needs and requirements and came up with proper solutions all along the way. They taught me a lot about HVAC and were fun to chat with when I checked in on things. Everything looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased, and I can't wait to fire it up. I have some rewiring to do first so will have them back out to do all the final connections and test runs.
They are very nice people and have earned my trust.

UPDATE: Just a quick follow-up note and big thank you to Armitage. I am a little behind with this update, but they were back out in May (after the electrical work went in) to get all the final connections and testing done. They even worked with me to sync up schedules with the propane company. Everything works great! It’s so nice to have AC in the shop and to know I have a solid heating system in place for winter. Highly recommend working with them!

Great company to deal with! Called and they were out to diagnose and fix our intermittent issue within a couple hours. Upon completion received a call explaining exactly what the issue was and how they were able to resolve it.

Called and scheduled a service visit same day. Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. He did not milk the service hours. He diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and promptly installed them a few days later after parts arrived. A fair price to get our church AC working again, strongly recommend!

I don't write many reviews, but I have to recommend HVAC Master wholeheartedly. These guys have bailed me out time after time. The thing I really like is their thorough diagnostics. They are very reluctant to replace a single component or recommend an upgrade until they have exhausted every option. They are determined to restore reliable heating and cooling at the lowest possible price. My out-of-warranty heat pump failed recently. Frank quickly found a bend of tubing near the compressor that had cracked and was leaking. He started researching before repairing. He found that the manufacturer had redesigned the loop because of stress cracking and was providing the new tubing/accumulator/muffler package free of charge. HVAC Master saves me money and gets me back in operation quickly! Rick even recommended an inexpensive improvement on my poorly designed return air that was a simple thing, but a big improvement. Put your HVAC system in the hands of these masters and you'll never call anyone else!

Middle of winter and my very old central heating system stops working! I was mortified because I had been told that if it breaks again there would be no fixing it and I'd have to put a whole new system in! I didn't have that kind of money, especially right after Christmas. Josh from HVAC master came to assess the situation and had it fixed in no time! His professionalism and expertise were exceptional! I will call them everytime forever now! Thank you all so much!

I had some noise coming from my furnace and I had them look at it. They did not up charge me like I expected or try to sell me a new system like everyone does. They made an adjustment and said it’s working better but the part will need to be replaced sometime. They explained how the part works and I felt better about waiting to replace it. I had them do a fall tuneup and then had them back in the spring for another tuneup to the AC system. They did an excellent job without needless extra cost. I feel my AC and furnace are running so much better. I feel comfortable calling them if there’s ever an issue.

HVAC Master did an excellent job for me. I needed my air conditioning to be replaced during a heat wave, and since I am 86 years old, this was urgent. They did everything possible for me, and I really appreciate that so much.

We were very pleased with the service we received today! Our furnace was not working, and the tech worked until he found the problem and was able to fix it quickly. This company will always try to fix your existing unit and does not just try to get you to buy a new one. We will definitely call HVAC Master again to service our furnace and AC. Also, they were able to come the day we called.

We used HVAC Master to do a repair one year on our air conditioner and to replace our central heat and air the next. They arrived on time during both calls and did a great job. I highly recommend.

Rick is a customer at my work, my wife and I just bought a house that has a system installed by them. We were having problems with it tripping the breaker. I called them at 8 am and they had Nick at our house the same afternoon. Fortunately for us, it was under warranty. HVAC Master installed a new heating and air system last year. They were the best priced for the quality of product we received among the 5 estimates we received. The product has worked great. We purchased a maintenance agreement on top of the warranty. They have serviced the system every 6 months. It has lowered the electric bill in the summer by nearly half while keeping the house cooler. The winter heat has been much more even throughout the house than our old system was. I'm extremely happy with the system and the quality of work they did.

I highly recommend HVAC Master, Rick and his team have been great to work with. They were recommended by a friend several years ago when I had a bad experience with another company. They shot me straight and saved me thousands of dollars. Since then I have had them back out on service calls on other pieces of equipment in my house, and each experience has been great, they have earned my trust, I wont call anybody else for HVAC service.

HVAC was great. Our heater went out on us during a time it had been snowing. Our son uses this company so he referred it to us. They were quick with an estimate that met our needs. They were quick to install. They were all very friendly and efficient, it was all installed in one day. They answered all of our questions. There were rebates on our utilities and the air conditioner and heater. They gave us all the information and how to fill it out. They also filled out the paperwork for the insurance company to get a break on our insurance.

I have referred them to a couple of friends too, who have also been happy. Very reasonable and no hidden cost. I definitely recommend them.

Rick and his team have taken care of us for many years. Rick came out after we had another company look at our HVAC system, and after an hour, they said it couldn't be fixed and would have to be replaced. After about 10 min Rick found out what was wrong and it was an easy fix. We have used him ever sense and the team has kept our old unit running for many years. Recently it quick working and sadly the part to fix it is no longer available (because of the age of the unit). Rick has been great to communicate with and has provided us with several quotes and options for the replacement unit. Great company, Great service, Great ownership. I highly recommend Rick and his team for all of your HVAC needs!

HVAC Master installed a ceiling flush mount kitchen exhaust fan for us. It was a difficult installation and they made it look easy. They were timely, communicated well, made a quality installation, and cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend HVAC Master LLC in Springfield, MO.

Rick has a bunch of great guys working for him, very knowledgeable and articulate about their trade and intentions. I'm a handyman myself, so I know quality of workmanship when I see it. I got a quote on a new heat pump unit, Rick gave me the best price I could find, and they installed it within a few hour of the unit's arrival. I definitely will be calling them if I have problems in the future. Best HVAC guys I've ever worked with...
