Weird review. Not sure who the gentleman who came to my house to give me a quote was. But I was having a long day I'm sure he was too. Had a slightly heated ( pun intended) debate over nothing really. We didn't do business with each other but I must say he was extremely professional the entire time and extremely composed. My hats of to you sir. I apologize for my attitude. I respect your professionalism. Hope I didn't ruin your day sir.

Response time is excellent with same day service if necessary and they are on time. Among the best I've had over the years.

We had no heat. They arrived earlier than expected and solved the issue. I had no idea when the furnace had been maintained so they also did some minor maintenance on the furnace since they were here.

Called at 8:00am this morning thinking my unit needed Freon. Had service guys at my house by 2:30pm this afternoon. Checked my Freon, which wasn’t low. Still had ice on the coils so knew something was causing it. Pulled off the cover where the fan is and found the problem (the insulation had been sucked off blocking the fan’s circulation).So thankful for an easy fix and a cold house. Especially thankful for a honest hardworking working company.

Jeff and the crew did a great job!! They installed a New AC and furnace unit to replace my very very old units. Great price. Great service.

Armitage replaced our upstairs HVAC and realized they had the wrong size based off of the previous HVAC system. They were quick to point out their concern and made the correct changes timely. Everyone that came into our home was very professional and it was evident that keeping our home free from trash and typical construction mess was on their priority list!! I highly recommend Armitage you can trust them!! You will get a great product for a great price by a great company.

Reliable, quick and easy to understand the work being done. They didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need. The price was exactly what I was looking for and couldn't have asked for a better out come. They were quick to answer, quick to give me a quote and quick to get the work done. These guys are AWESOME! My mom's heat quit she is 82 and of course we didn't have a regular heat & air company, we got Armitage H&A # from someone else that had used them and highly recommended their service. I called and actually got a real person! They came right out we had heat when they left, they did need to order a part but was quick to install. I highly recommend these guys!! We now have a regular H&A company, Armitage is the only way to go! Thank-you John for your great service...5+star all the way

Guy came out. We paid the fee . Recommended a new furnace and air conditioner and said he would come back with a bid. 3 days later still no bid. I figured we were owed at least that since we paid the fee.

These guys are professional and so nice. They explained everything to me, in laymen terms 😉

I've been very impressed with the honesty, professionalism & the quality of people that I've encountered with Armitage Heating & Cooling.
Jeff (the owner) honored my service contract agreement (2 visits left) that I had with Goff H & C - when Goff went out of business. He didn't have to do that. I feel he's a person of integrity - to honor the agreement made by another company.
Charlene & the other lady in the office are great to work with & scheduling appointments.
Randy, who's very experienced & knowledgeable was the person who did the service contract visits (except Jeff did one). They're both very good, professional & informative.
We're grateful that Armitage has proven to be a company we can count on for reliable, honest heating & ac service.

Jeff did a great job replacing my water heater. I appreciated their promptness and professionalism.

They came out the very same day that I had the issue and although it was a difficult problem to fix, they did a great job troubleshooting to ensure it wouldn’t cost me extra money. The customer service was great, the tech was professional and my house is now warm! Definitely recommend.

Years ago we had our entire heating and cooling system replaced by Grey's heating and cooling. I continued to use Grey's because they would help me fix minor problems over the phone to avoid a service call. When Armitage took over from Grey's I was unsure whether I should stay with them or not. I called in to them after forgetting to change a filter which caused my system to shut down due to over pressure. Without hesitation they helped me remember how to fix the problem over the phone and I was so thankful. Days later my daughters heater shut down on the coldest day of the year. (She has four children at home...) The service tech could not help me over the phone (but he tried) and even though he had a family ball game scheduled, he dropped everything and came out not an hour after I called to fix the problem AND at a reasonable rate. These Guy's are friendly, helpful and service oriented. I highly recommend them...

Our experience with Armitage Heating and Cooling was exceptional! Jeff met us all the way. He and Pavel (plumber) rescued us out of a cruddy situation where our initial plumbing subcontractor left the job site with unfinished rough in work regarding the install of a combo boiler / water heater. This unit was to not only heat our water supply but our radiant floor heat system too. Seasons were changing and it was beginning to get quite cold. We needed to have the radiant floor heat operating to effectively heat our living structure. Jeff and Pavel gave graciously of their personal time on Saturdays to come and do a complete install of this necessary system. Their communication and work was exceptional, cleaned everything up, and it all operates as it should without issues. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication to this task and would highly recommend them for any heating / plumbing needs.
