I give Austin, Daniel and Ethan 5 stars on my new Heating and air. Austin was very informative and explained everything in detail. Daniel was able to explain why the flue was placed in front of my hot water heater since I converted to high efficiency. The only thing I can recommend is that Jason Service man who came out for my quote should of let me know that the flues would of been placed or might be placed in front of my hot water heater. Hot water heater could of been replaced prior since it was installed in 2003. Otherwise I’m happy and glad to have some cool air again. Thank you guys for a job well done.

This well established and well-oiled machine of a company is quite impressive inside and out! From their Staff, office, buildings/shop can NOT be matched for efficiency in Springfield Missouri. This is coming from almost 40 years in the trade myself! Call this company for any and all needs commercial or residential HVAC projects or service.

I highly recommend Skaggs Heating & Cooling Co. They are prompt, courteous and professional. Danny is great to discuss what will work best for our heating and cooling needs. He is knowledgeable and efficient. We have an older unit and he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. We were very pleased with their service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the quality, professionalism and care of everyone we have worked with at Skaggs. Our furnace was red-tagged on a cold afternoon at 3:30 and they arranged to get a new furnace in our house by 7:30 the next morning. We were put in a very dangerous situation with a 5-Star Heating and Air inspection so were extra relieved to have a trusting company like Skaggs that has been in business for years.

The appointment was easy to make. All the staff from the office to the technician are friendly and very helpful. This is an excellent company.

Last summer I had Skaggs Heating and Air do a new install on our heating, a/c, and vehicle exhausts extraction system in our new automotive shop. Everything was accomplished promptly and never have I seen a cleaner install! Not only were Danny and Sam excellent to deal with but all of their employees were knowledgeable and fun to work with! Any questions that we've had were promptly answered and they're always willing to help. I would highly recommend this business for any concerns!

Skaggs heating and Cooling took on the task of replacing an aging heat pump and air handler that is located in tight quarters and difficult to access. Other local AC companies in the area declined the opportunity after looking at it. Major duct modification was required to fit the new equipment in which Skaggs completed without a problem. Bottom line, I was impressed with the skill level, professionalism, and can do attitude of all Skaggs employees involved with this project. Communications with Skaggs concerning job status, etc also exceeded expectation. We are very satisfied customers and Skaggs Heating & Cooling just moved up to number one on our AC call list. Recommend!

Skaggs has always treated me great.

Worked with us on replacing the 30 year old unit in our 100 year old house. Majority of the duct work needed replaced as well. Could not have ask for a better crew, both men worked independently and efficiently both days they were there. The lead tech was always coaching and making sure each task was completed properly. Daniel and his crew were great to work with! They arrived on time and did an excellent job! They cleaned up the area and hauled off old equipment. Daniel went the "extra mile" after the service by calling back to answer a question we had. He was very prompt in getting back with us... his customer service is top notch! We won't hesitate to recommend Skaggs to family and friends. I would give review 6 stars if it were an option.

Great company and people! They are very reliable, I was surprised how fast they responded to my heater going out. Jason and his son were extremely understanding and professional. They do great work but something almost as important is how safe and comfortable I feel with them in my home whether I am there or not.

Jason has been our guy for years and is amazing. Today he even came over no charge because I installed the furnace filters improperly. Jason is truly a credit to your company and I would without hesitation recommend him to anyone. Bill.

One of the AC units in our house was failing and we decided to replace that entire heating/cooling unit. We had three vendors out for quotes. The rep from Skaggs examined everything, listened to what we were looking to do and returned the best quote. They didn't try to oversell us on unnecessary features as our "comfort advisor", or gouge us like others. It was really no nonsense.

The installation was uneventful, the techs were very nice, the cool air is flowing again. We signed up for the spring/fall maintenance and we'd work with them again in the future.

I'd recommend at least getting a quote from these folks to compare.
