Trevor completed a complete system inspection. He was friendly and professional and treated my family and home with respect. I will continue to use FTS for my maintenance and repair/replacement needs for my heating and cooling systems.

Very professional answered all my questions and concerns. Did a great job and left everything clean when they left. They did a great job of working us in because of an unexpected outcome when our furnace was unsafe to use, but they got us worked in and the new furnace and AC up and going before the colder weather hit.

We were having an issue with our furnace so we immediately called FTS. Andrew came out and assessed the situation. A couple of parts were needed to get it up and running again. Andrew returned a couple of days later to finish the job. Our furnace is back up and running. We really appreciate how hard he worked to fix the problem. We will definitely refer our friends and family to FTS for their heating and cooling needs.

Justin was so very nice and explained what he was doing and why with every step he took and then made sure I understood what repairs were needed and the cost it would take. Very impressed with this company. Even when I called them yesterday, they got someone here today for me. Would highly recommend!

Corey did an excellent job today. He was here for maintenance for my air conditioner and furnace which he did very thoroughly and professionally and offered a few helpful suggestions and advice but was not pushy.

I requested an estimate on an upgrade for an air conditioning system. They were super prompt. They came first thing the next morning and they gave me an estimate that was very complete with an option of heating, cooling in or heating and cooling system. They came for an inspection and spent 4 hours going over everything in detail and cleaning the parts.
