Andrew at FTS is fantastic—professional, thorough, and always on time...even if I forget my appointment time and don’t respond to his text! The annual maintenance program gives us peace of mind with our older unit that Bertsch Heating and Air originally installed 15-years ago. They keep everything running smoothly with app reminders for filter changes and if anything isn’t working correctly. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. Had an appointment scheduled from 8-9 am, called Tom when no one came, he said “they were finishing with a meeting and a tech would be right on their way” this was 8:05 am, at 9:40, when no one was here yet, I called back. Girl were and dispatcher was in a meeting (I don’t believe that) she said that my tech was on a call and was 45 minutes away, she sees that my appointment was between 8-9, says she doesn’t know what happened. Did I want to reschedule? I waited another 45 minutes for the tech to show, because of my inconvenience they will reduce the service charge from $99 to $79! Ooh wow! I have now waited 3 hours for someone to arrive. Codey, the technician was amazing, super helpful, best part of the whole experience. Except he left all his trash in my yard and didn’t caulk what he said he would caulk. So I had to caulk it. Cost me $300+ to make the repairs, took me out of work for almost 5 hours…. When I was told between 8-9! Not sure what to say.

FTS is GREAT, Trevor is FANTASTIC!!! Not only were they quick to reply to my call, but thoroughly checked my unit, but made only necessary repairs. Costs were more than reasonable and Trevor respected my time and was finished within 30 min. I highly recommend FTS for all of your heating and cooling needs. Ask for Trevor.

The whole process of buying a new furnace and air conditioner was a little overwhelming cause I knew nothing about them or what would be the right one for my house but everyone at FTS made the process so easy. The girls in the office were so nice and helpful! Jay was awesome! He explained things to where I could understand it and was kind and patient when I had more questions. The installers ,Tanner and Randy, were professional and courteous. Tanner went over everything I needed to know. He did an excellent job! I highly recommend FTS!

Trevor was amazing during my service appointment today. Extremely thorough and personable. He recommended some services and gave me several options to get the repairs taken care of. He even had the parts to replace the needed components in the van! Thank you for helping me keep my heating and air conditioning units in proper working order!
