Great local company! Honest, and trustworthy. They replaced my water heater after I had a few other companies try to rip me off. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my old water heater and what I needed as a replacement. Will use them in the future.

Buford Mechanical was very conscientious helping us decide which work would get us the best results. They came out assessed our issues then made recommendations. We needed the work done while we were traveling. We gave them the door code and they came and did the work. Everything performed was done very well. The company installed a house water filter and conditioning system. The correspondence was excellent, scheduling was upfront and timely. The work was done professionally and quick. And the pricing was very affordable. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for plumbing help.

Nothing is worse than finding a kitchen drain stopped up on a Saturday. It happened to us and we called and left a number on Buford's and low and behold we got a callback a little while later. Josh and his dad showed up in about an hour and fixed the drain. While they were here they also repaired an additional connection that just looked discolored, but was really just waiting to break. They were very good at what they did and were also very nice. We recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems. Their fees were very reasonable especially for a weekend.

Small family company of very kind people. Very fair. I had quite a predicament with an outside spigot. It leaked bad and could not be rebuilt. I called several plumbers over the years to come out and try to fix it but would give up and charge me anyway. These guys worked for 2 days on my problem. They are very smart and inventive. They didn’t give up on me and were able to replace the spigot successfully and I am so grateful. They didn’t mind me sitting and conversing with them her and there or looking At the work so I could learn about why it was so difficult myself. I highly recommend them. They have unlimited potential for growth and are as honest as can be. Thank you guys!

This is a small family owned business that works his butt off doing great work, good price, on time. Very honest, gives options if there are any. Said he would be at my house at noon and pulled in my driveway at 11:59. Will use everytime I need plumbing work. Had him come out last year for a water softener install and had him out this year to put in sink, disposer, dishwasher and faucet. Guy's the best, doing great work. Will use again next time!!!

When our kitchen faucet began to leak, we called Buford Mechanical and Josh determined we needed a new one. He helped with choosing the right one for our sink & did a great job installing it. Very friendly, professional & reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be using this company again.

Buford Mechanical came out to clear my drains and did a fantastic job! They located and dug out my clean out, pulled and reset my toilet with a new wax ring and went above and beyond by sending a camera down the line and showing me where they ran into roots. They even made sure their mess was cleaned up completely before leaving, even though there was very little mess. They were friendly and efficient and extremely patient while I asked questions. I highly recommend them and will use them for all future issues with my plumbing needs!!!

After discovering a leak from an exterior water faucet, I reached out to Buford Mechanical for assistance. I received a message followed up by a phone call saying they could work me in that same day. I just got lucky as they had another appointment reschedule. Josh arrived earlier than expected and went right to work assessing what needed to be done. He determined that my frost free exterior faucet had sprung a leak. After discussing the problem with me, I gave him the ok to proceed with the repair. He was done in about an hour, from the time he arrived to the time he left. Josh is courteous, professional and proficient. Additionally, his rates are reasonable and affordable. Everything has been working great since his repair. I will absolutely use Buford Mechanical for future plumbing needs and wholeheartedly recommend him should you have any plumbing issues.

We had two service calls within a week and both Josh and David were completely professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had toilets installed and a new water heater installed. Josh took the time to make sure the pipes were right around the water heater. Years ago we had a pipe burst and the plumber back then essentially put a bandaid on it. Josh made sure he replaced it and was very knowledgeable about what we needed. They took the time to listen to our concerns and Josh also fixed my drain in my bathtub while he was here that had been driving me crazy for a long time. He figured it out quickly and with his knowledge it was a simple tweak and he fixed it. I will be calling them for any plumbing needs we have! Great honest service!

Buford was able to come evaluate our broken and leaking water heater the same day I called them. They diagnosed the issue rapidly and gave me several choices on how to proceed, and helped me get a temporary fix in place until they came back the next day to do the work. I felt that they were honest and did excellent work, without any high pressure sales tactics. I will definitely call them again if needed and would recommend them to others.

I called on a Sunday and they scheduled me for Monday afternoon and gave me a quote for the job. Got a call Monday morning said they were able to get me in earlier if I was available. He got there very quickly and got the job done in the time frame they had told me. The bill was exactly what was quoted, no surprises or add on costs. Great company and already talked with my repairman about another job. So awesome to find an honest company to take care of my plumbing issues.

Excellent experience. They said they could come on Friday to install our water heater, but found time to come two days earlier! David and Jason did a great job. Reasonable rates, too. Couldn't be more pleased! Thanks guys.

First of all, let me just say that I will not be able to give enough praise to this company in this review. David and his trainee, I forget his name, so sorry my man, went out of their way to be super kind and super helpful. They're also the least expensive that I've used. They're so fair on their pricing that I can't even believe that they're actual plumbers. I will never use a different plumber again.

Josh and and older gentlemen came to our home that had years of grease in the pipes for years and years of build up. Customer service was through the roof. Both guys kept me informed of every step of the process. In addition, their work was exceptional. They not only got the job done they were very clean with the process. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. It was refreshing to have both them doing the job, worry free.

He was shown the basement and did nothing dow there. He only worked under the sink and took apart the pipe to look for the clog and after using the bladder and reassembled the pipe He created the leak.
