I used Buford for fixing a leaking pipe under our house, and for installing a new water heater. Both times they did good work. They were prompt, polite and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I called Buford Mechanical for a toilet that was running, and a leaking shutoff valve. The office staff was friendly and got me scheduled within 2 hours of calling. “Junior” was the plumber that arrived. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable! He had my issues resolved quickly and the price was great! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks guys!

I was quoted $140 to $170 to unclog my sink. Final bill $265 plus the convenience fee to pay them. When I ask why so high they refunded $45. Did they unclog my drain? Yes. But they left me with a leaking faucet.

Incredible service! Water Heater went out and they had someone at my house within an hour! Incredibly nice and helpful. Jane really went the extra mile to help get a part we needed that day, instead of having to wait for it to be shipped. Josh and David (the fix required two visits) were very nice, efficient and professional. They are definitely my go-to for a plumber going forward!

Service With A Smile!

After a week of failed service attempts by a competing company, I reached out to Benjamin Franklin. Much to my delight on a FRIDAY, I was informed a plumber would be at my residence within two hours 40 minutes later...
<cue the music: "Here Comes The Sun" > I was greeted by Chase (his smile is larger than life).

Chase was quick to identify that my clogged kitchen sink was just part of the problem it was actually time to reconstruct some VERY OLD kitchen plumbing. Chase provided options to remedy the situation and the prices were very reasonable. With a plan in place, Chase returned the following business day.

Chase was right on time! He was quick to get the job rolling. He was accompanied by another plumber (sorry sir, I failed to get your name, but I do thank you) together they were in and out. My kitchen was back to normal and clean. Both gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with them.

Kevin did a fantastic job. We were scared having someone come out because of what some companies take advantage however your company was the best. They fixed plumbing in pipes and our shower and did it all for 175.00. we were very happy.

Kitchen sink was clogged. Kevin quickly assessed situation from details I had provided and presented his plan to correct for our approval. His plan worked as described and we now have a clear sink drain! Kevin was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and very conscientious of our home. Definitely would have him back in our home again!

We had a major breakage of a pipe in our front yard and we had no water. I called Benjamin Franklin and everybody was super professional and nice someone was able to come out and look at it that day and the next morning they responded and fixed it.
