Had an issue with a plumbing line and shut off valve on a weekend. Dalton was great! Informative and kind though all of it. He even followed up with us after the fact. You can't beat his customer service. We plan to use them again if needed.

Had a clogged up toilet, called a couple of places and Ben Franklin were most reasonable on service call pricing ($59.00) and after snaking the clog he even got me a 10% senior discount off of the actual bill. We had an issue with our kitchen sink cold water pressure. Troy arrived during the set appt time. He cleared out the water line the best he could, then came back the next day with an air compressor to finish the job. He didn’t take payment until our problem was fixed and didn’t charge for the extra visit. He was respectful of our home and very kind. Would recommend!
