We have had H-VAC do our spring and fall service for over 15 years. They are always on time and very thorough. Torrence is one of the best service people by far we have had from any service company!!! They always give us the good news and the never sugar coat the bad news!!!! We recommend H-VAC hands down over any other company. Excellent Company and they know how to communicate if they will be late!!!

I recently experienced a frustrating situation when my water heater went bad. I scheduled an inspection, and it was confirmed that the tank was indeed compromised and required a replacement. Thankfully, the warranty coverage had a replacement tank in stock, which was a huge relief.

Hector and Angel from the service team were fantastic. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently, completing inspection and installation in no time. I was back up and running within just two days of the initial failure, which exceeded my expectations.

If you ever need HVAC or plumbing work done, this place needs to be your first call. From the initial schedule through the repairs every employee was amazing. Hector gave me the original quote and Angel was our repair guy. Both these guys were the most professional, polite, clean and explained everything thing they had to do. David and Angel did an excellent job with the service and took the time to explain in detail how they installed new piping (stuff..my words not theirs) to enhance the air flow issues. They finished the job in a reasonable time and left everything clean afterwards. We really appreciate the detailed attention and care.

H-Vac is a small company with employees with huge hearts. I have been a client for a number of years. I have complete trust and faith in this company. They do quality work, and are always pleasant while doing so. I am so thankful to have a trusted company in this community.

We have used this company since we move to Springfield 12 years ago. We have always had the BEST service and the very qualified technicians always explain what they are doing and why. They answer questions readily. The price is fair and they are prompt in their appointments and call before they come.
We are on their semi annual system check and it is comforting to know that aspect of my house is in good hands. I highly recommend HVAC in Springfield, Mo. without hesitation.

Our air conditioner (only 2 years old) turned out to be a bigger problem than the estimate they first quoted. However, they honored the estimate, did a great job and quick service. We definitely recommend them.
