I chose Precise bc they were a local, family owned business. I was not disappointed!
The technicians were highly trained and knowledgeable. The results were amazing!
I didn’t take “before” pics bc the carpets were embarrassing!!! Pet stains and 6 years of wear and tear have vanished! These photos really don’t do the results justice!

Precise was able to get our cleaning needs in on short notice. In a time frame of 2 hours, they were efficient and didn’t miss anything. They pre-treated the carpet, cleaned it, and got it as dry as possible which we really appreciated. The two man crew were professional at all times. Thank you Precise.

Not enough stars!! Precise is now my go-to for carpet cleaning/rug care. The guys were on-time, prepared, super friendly, helpful, efficient, patient and thorough. Also, it was apparent they enjoyed working together - their vibe was super positive! That said ... they had their work cut out for them - spilled coffee, tracked in oily mud on 2 sets of stairs on top of regular wear & tear ... when they finished, my carpets looked amazing!

Did a great job. I've had other carpet cleaners that talk a great story, but these guys actually clean your carpet. The only company I've used for the last several years. Mo

Ricky Brown did an amazing job in our carpet! Came in and pointed out some spots that were showing up on his spotlight for dog urine which was very helpful for showing my daughter where her dogs have been peeing. Ricky was very professional and polite. Double 5 stars!

Rich was wonderful to work with. They managed to get out pet stains in an area rug that were over 4 years old! Fairly priced and quick turnaround, too.

From the first phone call to schedule and answer my questions to the great service from technician Ricky Brown all my questions were answered and the carpeting looks great!

Ricky did a great job cleaning the carpet in several areas of our home including the stairs. He was very knowledgeable regarding stain removal. I highly recommend him and Precise.

On the recommendation from a friend I called Rich over at Precise Carpet Cleaning and to my surprise they were able to get me in the same week, right before Thanksgiving week. He sent two guys out and they were both presentable and polite. They did an awesome job of handling our carpet and even did a great job on the stairs!

They arrived as scheduled and worked very efficiently. We had our air ducts cleaned and two rooms and hallway we had the carpet cleaned and treated for pet odor.

"Precise" describes them perfectly!! We had our vents cleared out and cleaned out. All the vents are obviously open to see, but I did not know until that morning that they need furniture moved, etc. I guess it was probably "obvious", but I got absolutely nothing from the company as far as what to do prior to them arriving so my husband and I were scrambling the last minute that morning.
All in all, very satisfied with the professionalism of the gentlemen who came out. I would highly recommend to anyone needing this service.
