Best company ever!!

Had a mishap on the scheduling on Thumbtack and no one showed up. Contacted them after 3pm and they were not aware of customers being able to schedule online. Anyway they went out of their way to make it up and one of the service guy was actually on his way home but decided to come out the same day. I only requested one side of the mobile home to be cleaned but he did it all. On top of that he did an amazing job.

I write a lot of negative reviews so when I give someone 5 stars it’s well deserved!!

Maverick saved the day yesterday when a competitor failed to show for my window cleaning appointment. I had house showings starting the next day and desperately needed window washing ASAP. Maverick was able to accommodate my last minute request and were so helpful and professional! Extremely satisfied with their work and will absolutely continue using them in the future. The salesman made a lot of promises that fell through. Had to ask for techs to return to my house multiple times to redo windows and clean areas missed, always an excuse job was not done as promised. I still was not satisfied with the work so I asked salesman to come to my house for a walk through so I could point out problem areas. I waited two months and called office to ask what was taking so long and was told this fell through the cracks and salesman retired. They did discount my invoice, however, I wasted lots of time going back and forth with them for 3 months.

Beautiful work, amazing response time ( less than 24 hours) answer all questions. Very professional!

These guys are Rock Stars! I have been in the Facility Maintenance business for a long time and finding a company that is run/staffed by truly good people is the biggest challenge. While their product is exceptional, the people are even better...starting at the top, thanks Garret.

This is the 2nd time I have used Maverick Softwash services. They do a fantastic job on siding and they apply a wax on siding that last 2 years. Will definitely trust this company. They also pre spray landscaping before applying wash solution to house.

They have installed our Christmas lights for the last 4 years. Service is great, courteous. Highly recommend

Maverick did not finish the job! Bad Customer Service, Unprofessional!!!

They came out to my residence in July 2025 to power wash the mold off my home, power wash my fence, driveway and power wash my windows for $1,300. They did the job, but a couple days later I noticed some areas on my siding that still had mold on it. I emailed them and they agreed to come back the first week of August 2025. I took off work to be present when they arrived at 3pm. I waited, no one called or showed up. I called their voice mail and left a message, no response, so at 4:40pm, I sent them an email letting them know I was disappointed that no one had called or showed up and that I thought that was very unprofessional. Less than an hour later, I received an email stating that our expectations didn’t align and I should choose another company. They never came back out to finish the job. The next week, my husband called and they told him, the workers didn’t want to come back out and they didn’t like the email I sent them. Who does this? They had no problem taking my money, our expectations aligned at that time, but once I paid them then sent them an email expressing my displeasure for not showing up the second time, they no longer wanted my service when they were the ones that didn’t call or show up.

Very pleased with the work performed. Company is very professional from bid, quote, scheduling and invoicing. However where the truck was parked, my grass has browned up and hopefully will recover. (Update. Little over a week and grass is already 90% recovered). So I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Maverick.

Every aspect of Maverick service was excellent. Garrett explained the process and provided a great price! Anthony and Austin provided awesome, on-time service with attention to every detail. So grateful to having my 75 yr old slate roof looking as good as new! Highly recommend!!

First, our scheduled day did not happen and instead of being the first customer on the next business day, we had to wait an additional two weeks to get the job done.

The team arrived and was done in under 30 minutes. They packed up and headed out as quickly as they arrived. The site clean up not so pristine. Glad there weren’t roofing nails on the driveway (that would be no bueno).

The odd thing about the estimate was no one came out to assess the job so I’m guessing it was based on a map image and “measured”. So $370 for a less than 30 minute job, for what I suspect was for 200’ of gutter at a $1.85. So for $12+ a minute, minus $1.85 a foot, that’s a hefty wage.

Bottom line, gutters are cleaned. Guess I’ll learn and try to find a more competitive pricing.

Maverick Softwash also hangs Christmas Lights during the holiday. This review is SPECIFIC to that service as I have no knowledge of them outside of the past 3 years of hanging lights.

Oct 15, 2020 - we signed up to have them put the Christmas lights on our home in Arnold, MO. That first service was $1,167.00. At NO POINT, did they say they would use HOT GLUE on our home (and if you turn over the Service Quote and look under "Service" it says it will fasten light strands to gutter or roofline using disposable clips.") During that 1st service I expressly asked, "Are you going to take the glue off when you come out?" They said it would just "peel right off" - I assure you, the hot glue DOES NOT just peel right off. They came back after the holidays, ripped the lights off the house from the hot glue and we had massive amounts of paint chipping. That following Spring, we removed the glue, and repainted our exterior home. We had a 3-year contract to fulfill so I was worried about the following years service.

The following year in 2021 - we paid Maverick Softwash another $900+ to hang lights again. They never showed up until I had to track the owner down via LINKEDIN after we attempted to call them, even showing up at their facility located in Earth City, and even pinging people on Facebook with, "Where are the lights?" We had paid for them, been told they would be out on 2 different dates, and then they barely showed up the first week of December to hang them claiming they had "no workers" to do the work. Once again, out came the hot glue and I went out and said, "Absolutely NOT!" The staff was pretty upset with me, I don't really care, but they ultimately hung the lights with clips that year - as per the Service part of the Service Quote I have a copy of - and it would be mid-January when they came and ripped them off the house when I was not home, breaking a gutter in the process, but we went ahead and fixed it and didn't even bother to call them.

The last year of the contract was 2022 and we paid Maverick Softwash the contracted rate of $900+ to hang the lights again. I was not home when they came, but our Ring camera showed 3 individuals out hanging the lights with... you guessed it... HOT GLUE! I came home and I have pictures of the TONS of hot glue left all over our driveway, they just wiped the extra off onto the exterior of our home, and in the process ruined 3 of the 4 bedroom window screens because the glue had been left to drip all over them. I called 4x that winter - of course, no answer or return calls. They came back out to rip the lights off the house - however, I was there. This man who was different than 3 people on the Ring camera said, "The glue will just peel off." In fact, it does not. I have contacted this company so many times - and they just SUCK. They won't call you back - so forget about contacting them.

(However, they will text you over and over again to make sure you pay them on time, but they provide LOUSY customer service if you need anything.)

When I went to sell our home this past Summer 2023, I spent a crazy amount of money - more than I spent on the lights - in having all of the glue removed, rescreening the bedroom windows, and repainting the outside of the house yet AGAIN.

And the only reason I'm posting this now is because I sent them 4 emails this Summer with NO ANSWER BACK and I simply asked them to just please contact me so we can talk this out.

If you hire this company - be very clear on the expectations.
I fulfilled my financial contract to them, but I would absolutely never hire them again for this service or let them near my home again.

(The pictures I'm posting here are only SOME of the photos. I have dozens more. All they had to do was call me and talk it out and figure out plan of action together. Customers should all be tired of companies doing shoddy work and then nobody sharing the real details of their experience. Especially in situations where thousands of dollars were spent.)

Maverick put up the Christmas Lights and a huge lighted wreath on our church. We noticed that there were some bulbs out and there was a little problem with the wreath but they came right back out and fixed everything. It looks fantastic! Everyone here is very happy and they did a wonderful job! We really recommend them. They are a good company that stands by their work!
Update: After the holidays they came very promptly to take everything down. We didn't have to call and remind them. Again, they are highly recommended by us.
