Company is a complete joke. Nick the manager isn't really the guy he comes off as but to each is own.

Extremely disappointed with the poor service. Not a single stains they were able to remove. I really mean not a single stain on the carpet was removed. Its exactly the same before and after. The company came in and within 20 minutes did the cleaning for 3 rooms including moving equipment in and out of the apartment. Not even the lightest of the stains were removed. The representative clearly said it cannot be removed. They seems to be in real hurry. Didn't even spoke a word after cleaning and just rushed away. I had to literally run after him to ask if its done (as I couldn't see any difference before and after) and to my surprise he said "yes, its done" !!! I am now done with this company. Thank you for the service which I never anticipated :)

Turns out EverReady does not work for you when you book them for apt. cleaning, per the referral the apt. complex gives you ! Untold to you when you assume you the tenant book them and are their client, they work for the apartment complex ! Pretty sweet deal both of them having going on. They send a report to the complex BEFORE doing the cleaning you privately hired them for, with no recourse for you. The cost is exaggerated. Any damage is exaggerated. This scheme allows the apartment complex to confiscate the renter’s deposit, along with demanding additional assorted charges. ‘So much’ for the reasonable low $75 per unit they advertise in large font numbers on the flyer provided to you ... by the complex ! BEWARE !!!

I scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company because the apartment building I was staying in at the time used them for move out cleanings/repairs. Before scheduling the appointment, I requested an assessment of my carpet to be sure the property I was residing in wouldn’t try to add false additional charges like how so many others try to do. I was told by EverReady that they don’t do carpet assessments/evaluations. So taking their word, I scheduled a cleaning to be sure my carpet would be in the best shape for move out. The cleaning was scheduled for 9am. The day of the cleaning, I made payment via phone with someone in their front office by the name of Taylor (I apologize I entered the wrong name at first). I was told by her that the the tech would call if anything was wrong and also once the job was done. I left the tech to do his job and was expecting to hear from him after the job was finished. I did not receive a phone call at all that day. I returned to the property at 4:30 pm only to find him no longer there and the carpet appeared to be cleaned and drying. I took video of the carpet and turned my keys in to the property for move out. A week later I received an invoice from the property that included an assessment, done by EverReady, of the carpet. This assessment was done two days after my scheduled carpet cleaning. The tech suggested carpet replacement because the carpet was “damaged, had discoloration, and had an oder.” Two of the 3 were not true. I reached out to EverReady to inquire why they previously told me they don’t do assessments/evaluations but yet they provided one to property I was staying in. I was told, “You would have had to request it in advance, prior to scheduling your appointment.” I informed the rep that I did in fact request prior to scheduling (over the phone with an older woman, I didn’t catch her name) and I also informed her of the answer that was provided to me. She then changed her response to say “Well maybe you were told that because we have a personal contract with the property complex. So we can do assessments for them probably because of the contract we have with them.” I requested if their phone calls are recorded so we can try to get recording of the response I was given, and she told “no because they are just a small local business.” I informed her of the remarks made by the tech on the assessment stating the carpet was damaged (not true) and that it had an oder (also not true). She told me that he may have written damaged due to the discoloration. This theory I know wasn’t true because he also wrote the metal plating needed to be replaced due to damage. There was nothing wrong with the plating. Also, if there was an oder, the tech would have called to tell me like he said he would on the day of the cleaning, once it was complete. He did not. The rep was very apologetic but stated she cannot do anything for me. I’ve come to the conclusion that EverReady and the property were in cahoots together because there was a lot of questions that just couldn’t be answered. A lot of unanswered discrepancies on EverReady’s part. If this info would have been told to me when I requested the assessment initially, I wouldn’t have wasted my money with a carpet cleaning because they were going to recommend a replacement anyway. Because of this incident, I would not recommend this company.

I’m an Enviromental Services Director for an assisted living community. Really displeased with the customer service have received. Worked for this company before so really familiar with their capabilities of getting a job done.

I’ve set multiple appointments over the last few years to contract work for properties I have maintained. Hotels and Nursing facilities.

Needless to say regardless how the work ended between us I’ve acknowledged the work they put out .

I’ve contacted multiple occasions and every single time is the same thing they take my name and number and info. Then they call back and decline the work.

I understand the right to refuse but business is business and I’ve received awful vengeful behavior. Pretty much they won’t do any work at any of my locations bases on personal vendettas. Very upsetting to be treated like this when all we are trying to do is schedule some service. Shock and Awe
