I chose Sams for their reputation and they did not disappoint. I had my carpets cleaned and was very please with how they came out. I was please with ‘Dennis’ who was here, he told me everything I needed to know and made sure I knew I could ask questions at anytime. Will use again!

Greg did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He was right on time, took time to get stains out and was very professional. The price was cheaper than any other company I have used and I have tried several.

Great company! Stacy, Christine, and Co. in the office are always super quick to respond to all our needs. The team on the ground is also super friendly and work very hard to always do an excellent job.

Chris did a wonderful job on my dingy carpet. He was prompt and thorough and kind to my annoying pup. After he was finished the old carpet looked almost like new and more importantly smelled fresh. Thank you, Chris. I’ll be requesting you for further work.

We called on Tuesday and Ed came by Thursday! He did an excellent job on the carpets, and was kind and courteous. We will absolutely be using Sams Carpet Cleaning again for our home needs!

Chris Hesley was our cleaning expert for our carpet and chairs. Chris defined in detail what he actually did with the carpet and chairs. We had a great experience with our technician, Chris! He was kind, thorough, and made the whole process a breeze. Our basement had seen better days before pets and toddlers. Chris made our carpet look like new and removed all odor. We will be a repeat customer!

Antonio was very thorough and did a good job. He showed me if there were spots he couldn’t get out before moving onto the next part of the job. We were pleased with the results.

I live in an old building that was having nasty sewer issues, James came out, not only did he clean up our carpet, he was so kind, personable, and was happy to answer questions we had. He went above and beyond and cleaned up the showers and the rest of the hard floor with his steamer since the apartment building was not wanting to do so!! James is awesome!!

My apartment was flooding with wastewater and James was able to get it out here in less then an hour and get everything dry and clean. James was super helpful and went above and beyond with his clean of the unit. Would definitely recommend Sam’s and request James if you can, he is the real deal.

We had the carpets, sofa’s and air ducts cleaned recently. We were able to book an appt less than 2 weeks out and it was followed up with reminders of the upcoming appt. Chris W, David & Chris H arrived on time, were professional and friendly. When they arrived I showed them what areas they were doing, they put a plan together and finished everything in about 5 hrs. When they left the only you noticed was how nice everything looked. Definitely recommend.

Sam’s carpet cleaning was prompt in responding and setting up our service. We were given a quote before services were rendered. Ed was very punctual and completed our large job in the allotted timeframe. He did an excellent job on all of our areas and was very friendly as well. We will definitely recommend Sam’s, and will call again in the future for our steam cleaning needs.

I have had my carpets cleaned by the Sam’s Carpet cleaning crew numerous times over the years and they always do a GREAT job. My original carpets from 25 years ago still look great thanks to them. Chris did my carpets today and he was very polite and thorough. Normally there are two guys and he gets some help but he worked hard and did a GREAT job again!!!

Also, John has taken care of my area rug cleaning for a number of years and is always helpful, on time, courteous and professional too. overall, great experience with these team members and satisfied with the cleaning results.

Sams, did a wonderful job. Our tech Ed B. Was wonderful. Because ok his great service and kindness, I will be using him and Sams again, thw carpets look like new.
