Sam’s was fabulous as usual. They called the same day I inquired on the internet. 3 days later Ed did a perfect job on the carpet and kitchen chairs. He is coming back to clean the bathroom tile. Will definitely use again. Great service!!

My technician Antonio did an excellent job cleaning the ducts in my apartment, and was friendly. I really appreciate his work today! He was able to remove a ton of drywall particles from the ducting, which I think will really give my lungs a break.

Ed and Cory did a fantastic job! They arrived early and worked effortlessly to create a perfect job! My huge stain is gone, and my carpet has been stretched to perfection.

Dennis was the Technician very professional and polite. Dennis answered all my questions, and some was not rude or made me feel like I was annoying him. Took care of the wood floors by laying drop sheets down. The price was reasonable we had also added our sofa to be cleaned and it wasn't make it another appointment. he was willing to clean our sofa. I will be referring Sams carpet cleaning to my friends, and we will be using them again!! Very Happywith the service and our carpets and sofa looks amazing!

We cannot say enough positives regarding our experience with Sam’s Carpet Cleaning. Our carpeting in the basement had some stubborn stains and gray traffic areas from years of use. It was estimated to take two visits (first steam and then dry clean) to take care of those areas. When some of the problem areas could still be seen, we asked if someone would come back to work further on them, which they did until we were satisfied with the results.

We want to complement all the people involved - Cory, Greg and Chris who worked on our carpeting. They were all professional, knowledgeable, extremely conscientious and personable.

My mom started using Sam’s back in the 80’s. They always took care the carpet every time my mom called them. My husband and I built our home in O’Fallon in 1990 and have used Sam’s as well. Excellent job by the techs. Last couple times we had Ed and really like him, he does a GREAT job!

Dennis did a fabulous job (as always) steam cleaning our carpet. He's always friendly, courteous, super careful, and he protects everything in his pathway with drop cloths and bumpers from the point of entry in our house to the room he cleaned. I've used Sam's for 13 years to clean carpet, furniture, and duct work. They always show up on time and do great work. I recommend them to my neighbors and friends all the time.

Sam’s Carpet Cleaning is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had other companies, ones that have big names and they have never even come close to the quality and service that Sam’s have given to me. Especially Ed B. he is by far my favorite technician and person in general. First he’s kind caring and considerate. Second he knows exactly how to get my carpets looking phenomenal. They are 25 years old and people can not believe they are that old and that’s because of Ed’s attention to detail and knowledge of how to get a stain out. He gets my little girl’s (miniature dachshund) “mistakes” completely out. He’s got orange soda, coffee, and dark IPA beer to all disappear. Really everyone at Sam’s is wonderful and I’ve recommended them to family and friends. Keep up the good work and thank you Ed for everything!

I have used Sam’s Carpet cleaning for over 15 years. I moved to Dallas for 7 years and could not find a carpet cleaning company that does the thorough job like Sam’s does. We just moved back to Foristell,Mo and I had them clean carpets and tiles grout and they look amazing. I’m so excited to be able to use them again now that we’re back.

Corey came and did our carpets today and he is amazing. So friendly, hard working and goes takes the extra steps to ensure every corner and edge is cleaned. There we a few stains on the carpet from the prior owners and we weren’t sure they would come out. We thought we might have to replace the carpet. Thanks to Corey’s excellent work, we do not need to replace them - yeah! Saves us a ton of money and time.
