They were not supposed to leave my water services ALL NIGHT. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Constantly break the noise ordinance. You get what you pay for I guess. On top of that they knocked the power out because they were not paying attention. Oh look at that they knocked the power out again...

Driving down 40/61 got cut off by one of your pickup trucks. Literally nobody behind me but your guy made me slam on my breaks and get in the other lane just bc he didn't Wana slow down.

Whoever is driving on 70 is weaving in and out of traffic cutting people off making them swerve. If you can't drive safely in a company truck, who would ever want to hire this company.

This company has been destroying our street for 6 months now. They start a project and never come back and if they do its to start something and not come back for weeks. The street is sweet gum drive. They don't have respect for older homeowners aswell. Poor company ameren should look at future jobs with them.

This company came to my home to install a new water line and disconnect the lead pipes. The guys were all very nice and professional. They answered any questions I had and explained the process very well before and during the work! The job went much faster than I expected it to! It’s nice to see a company willing to take the extra steps!

Over a year after my first review, they somehow managed to have it removed, so here we go again. Luth made a repair to our water service line, tore up our native garden, were rude in person, didn't complete the full scope of work, and the work completed left us with a massive leak which has resulted in a bill of over $5,000 before adjustments. Saint Louis County public works insurance program thankfully was able to repair and replace their low quality work. If they show up, refuse the service!

Had these guys scheduled for my water line replacement. The excavators showed up to dig the hole unannounced. Luckily I was around to be able to move my car. The line replacement was scheduled 2 days later but they didn't show up. Had to chase them up and reschedule for the following week. The crew showed up but said the hole was in the wrong place and they would arrange for a new hole to be dug the following day and they would return the day after to run the line in. Nobody showed up on either day. I've now had to chase them up 3 times to find out what is happening. Aargh. The workers themselves are fine but the company seems badly organized and communication is poor, wasting my time because I have to be around when they lay the line in.
