Needed to replace backsplash tile on both sides of kitchen. OnDemand painters were very quick in providing reasonable estimate and then, once when estimate was accepted and approved, they were prompt in getting us scheduled. As is seemingly normal, scheduled start date had to be pushed back a couple of days, but Chris was very prompt in notifying us and once work was started, I couldn't ask for more pleasant and professional workers. Will definitely keep them in our contact list for future projects.

Chris is always quick to respond to messages and provide timely estimates. Just recently his crew painted interior walls, doors, trim, and cabinets for one of my clients homes and they did a great job! They started on time, finished on time, and cleaned up afterwards. Chris and his team were amazing. Not only did they come to do the job four days earlier than we originally planned, but it took them less time than expected to finish the job. Our space look like a completely different house when OnDemand Painter St. Louis finished. While working, the painters made sure to cover all of our furniture and floors with tarps which made us feel like they cared about our home. Every employee was respectful, and they asked if we liked the job as they were working on it. They are a very trustworthy group and they made sure to lock up our house before they left each day. They even turned on the alarm system for us which we really appreciated. Chris was easy to communicate with and he made sure we were always on the same page before ending the conversation. I made a huge mistake with the fee for the service, and Chris was able to work with me to take care of the situation while still completing the job.I would definitely recommend him and his team to everyone. He made me feel comfortable choosing OnDemand, helping me pick out paint colors, and even had recommendations for an electrician. The team did an amazing job! I cannot recommend On Demand Painters highly enough! We were very satisfied after they repaired broken plaster on several walls and painted all indoor walls, baseboards, and door trim. They also did a great job repairing water damage and holes in the walls and caulking the baseboards. Their attention to detail was impressive and they kept the work area very clean. As always, jestin and he’s crew did a wonderful job on my house. Business, friendly, and absolutely responsible. I am always notified before and after cleaning that they're on their way and when leaving.

Overall the quality of the service I received was fine. However, they charged me for an "emergency" service request when it was not an emergency at all, and after the fact I had to call to even get a quote from them because the inspector had forgotten he had even come to look at it. Overall the problem is fixed, but definitely feel I was a little overcharged and that they weren't very professional.

Servpro in Kirkwood quoted me $7-8,000 to clean up minor storm water flood in my unfinished basement. They wanted to cut drywall etc for less than 1” of water that dried in an hour. St. Louis Cleaning and Restoration just did the job for $750! Two nice, polite young guys cleaned and sanitized entire basement in 2 hours. They found no sign of mold. I highly recommend this local company. Great work and fair pricing!
