They did an amazaing job. T'was not a good time and they did not add to the pile of problems like other contractors do. They solved problems and I didn't have much to do. Thank you!

After receiving several bids for our water-damaged basement carpet, St. Louis Cleaning & Restoration not only met our price-point but did so with absolute professionalism! The crew went above & beyond to make sure our house was safe, sanitized, and back to normal in no time. Other companies were offering similar services (but at astronomical prices) which really only required the cutting away of some "suspect" drywall. I cannot recommend this company enough for their value, punctuality, and quality. The crew was timely, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Was promised an estimate to repair fire damage in two (business) days. 95% of which was a direct copy of the previous one by another company.

Took 15 days and was still incomplete. Meantime insurance is paying over $100 a day for a hotel.

They throw a fit when I buy some items for replacement (ceiling fans in particular). What possible business is it of theirs what I buy and where I buy it, never mind they charge insurance $550 to replace one and give me $150 for the actual fan. $400 to replace a ceiling fan? The most absurd thing I've ever heard. And anything over the ridiculous "allowance" I was willing to pay out of pocket.

Dealt with their recommended dealer, Lowes, on cabinets. Settled on some, they went to pay and had a "problem" with their credit card. Were supposed to go back later and pay with a check. Never happened. So, yet again, I paid out of pocket. Then they told me I can change the delivery address to they won't sit in my garage all winter. Lie. Lowes told me it can't be changed.

Paint -- again, I offered to pay out of pocket for a better quality since I have no intention of ever painting again. NOPE! We'll do exactly what we want, get what we want, screw the customer. Never gave me an allowance for that either, just "give us the color". Never told me how many gallons are needed. Zilch.

Takes days to get a reply to any questions. And no date definite to actually perform any work. At this time they have done nothing and spent nothing. Reminder, insurance is paying $100+ a day for a hotel.

Beware.

With Christmas just a week away, technician Devin Dale worked with skill and energy to not let water damage to our condo home ruin our holidays. His meticulous attention to detail made it possible for us to again use affected areas much faster than we expected. He obviously cared about doing the best possible job.

The team leaders have all been good and professional communicators. Also left work areas clean.

They did spectacular work. Nice to work with in a time of need. Loss of a loved one. Professional, fast and a great follow up. Recommended. Thank You

My insurance company sent these guys out after a flood in my basement and had 1 had time to check them out would have never allowed them into my home. Not sure where to even start, but they can't be trusted. They didn't finish the scope of work authorized by my insurance company, but they were real quick to tell them they did and collect payment. They threw out things that should have been cleaned instead of tossing. They supposedly got rid of things that were up on tables, counters, or shelves and nowhere near the water. Things like a nintendo switch and a brand new expensive bag
that was still in the package, I highly doubt these items were tossed, but the worst part is they didn't give my insurance company nor myself the list of what the got rid of. I have had to go through everything and come up with a list myself. I have no idea if I have even found everything that we are
missing, but it was a lot and a huge pain to try and figure out. They broke a very expensive table while moving it and didn't bother to even tell me, one of the contractors that came out to give me a quote to put things back found it. I contacted them to see about getting it fixed, not once but twice and the 1st time to owner asked me for a good time to come out and never confirmed so I followed up again and this time the appointment was
confirmed and he just never showed. This is by far not the full extent of things, but hopefully tells you what kind of people these are.

I want to thank Devin, who patiently inspected everything after 16th May tornado and was extremely thorough. He took his time to ensure things were assessed properly, and it’s clear he’s very skilled at what he does. His calm and respectful manner made a stressful situation a bit easier to manage. A few months ago I contacted St. Louis Cleaning and Restoration, to get a quote on cleaning out my dryer exhaust along with my duct work, of which they were able to promptly supply.... Then the day of the service occurred, with a lack of work ethic that is only paralleled by sitting at home and not coming in to work. Upon arriving home I found piles of trash that was removed from the air ducts on the floor and a dryer exhaust that was still clogged. After reaching out to their management they stated that there was flow in the dryer exhaust that they checked before leaving.  Simply stated there is no way that this was the case as the vent was completely clogged. After speaking with management again, I explained that due to their inability to complete work that was within their scope, I would like to have them prove they cleaned my air ducts of which they agreed to do. The day of the inspection, I sat at home and didn't come into work (in the spirit of StL Cleaning and Restoration) in order to meet said inspector, who it seems was also sitting at home and not working since I never saw him. Upon trying to reschedule the inspection I notified their management that I would be out of town (on a scheduled vacation) and they did not follow up any further....

My insurance company sent out St. Louis Cleaning and Restoration to analyze the mold and water damage to my home. Devin and Logan were the two guys sent for the mitigation services to be done. Upon arrival, they got to work right away assessing the damage and determining how to correct it. I was asking a ton of questions and they had the patience and knowledge to answer each one so I could fully understand the process. They were also detailed and thorough on securing the affected areas of concern. I await their return to finish the job.

Jestin, Don and Delmar were easygoing and very professional. They explained everything they needed to do and were very respectful of our furnishings. They were thorough and cleaned up before they left for the day.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I mistakenly let my adjuster Levi Aborne with Nationwide catch me in a vulnerable state after surviving the March 14 tornadoes. This company came through the door telling me why they were and were not going to do as it pertained to the removal of water damaged rooms in my home. The tornado ripped my entire flat top roof off of my house. This caused flooding on all 3 levels of my home. I was told they were not going to just do things to run up the insurance. So I was left with my personal items not being removed, walls not being gutted out, portions of the ceilings not being removed, and flooded floors not being removed. The tarp lifted and my house flooded again during the severe thunderstorms. Therefore, all of my items that they stacked up in my room instead of removing where damaged again. It was only after the second flooding that the flooring in the second bedroom and kitchen were removed. There are still damaged areas in my house that have not been mitigated. I can't stress how dissatisfied I am in a company enough. I was told I could just wash my rain damaged drywall damaged clothes. I just learned today that since they are not doing the repairs they are bringing my items back. Don't utilize this company because they definitely work for the insurance company and not for you as a client in need. They talked about how difficult things were as the reason for not doing the necessary work needed for my home. Despicable and gross work ethics. Thanks for showing me my gut feeling to decline to allow Nationwide to get over by telling me I need to make friends with them so they can do my repairs was 100% accurate.

There is mold in the walls they refused to remove. Devin asked for a 5 star review. I'm so glad I didn't.

St. Louis Cleaning and Restoration were a great group to work with after we had sewage backup into our finished basement. Devin did a great job of explaining everything that they were going to do to sanitize the basement. The crew (Anthony, Devin, Kenny, and Patrick) were kind and very respectful. They covered all of our personal items (kids toys and our furniture) that were still in the basement but not affected by the backup. In addition, they covered our upstairs flooring so not to cross contaminate anything and even cleaned up the entire area they walked through on our main level. They made an awful situation a little bit better because of the amazing service, professionalism, and kindness they demonstrated during their work. We are extremely grateful to the crew for helping us.

I've been useing this company for close to 15 years now for all types of issues that we have here at our school including kitchen hood cleaning and many other problems that we have had. Always top notch work and very professional with great prices. I will continue to use them for whatever services and cleaning needs that come up....

Got in contact with them through our insurance and they were out the day it happened and every day since to clean up after a burst pipe in the basement. They’ve been super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Devin, DeMarcus, Kellen, Jacob, and Nate have been awesome. Also Shelly for taking my calls and answering my questions!

We had a plumbing leak which saturated part of a ceiling and a wall. We thought the repair costs were going to be exorbitant but their fast a professional remediation save us thousands.
