I want to shout out "Kudos" to the Servpro team St Louis Central. These guys did an Amazing job restoring the damage I incurred from a major flood on my historical home. Very polite and professional, I hope I never have to utilize them again, but I most assuredly would choose your company in the future!

I had my choice of fire restoration teams to help with the cleanup of the fire in my home earlier this month. Not having been through this before or knowing which company to use, I consulted with friends and family and the unanimous answer was ServPro. After working with you for the past two weeks, I understand why. From the first day (my walk through with Hank) to my final day, I was the priority. Each day, Tommy, Megann, Matt, Paula and Kellie worked hard and efficiently and always with a smile. In addition, I was very happy with the level of expertise and, especially, communication between all ServPro members, my insurance company and myself. In all, I just wanted to say thank you for the great team members who made an emotional situation both bearable and, in the end, so much better. Thank you!

Tommy and his team did an amazing job at our house. Our whole basement flooded and was a disaster. They left our basement dry and sanitized within the day. They left behind industrial fans and dehumidifiers to help with any residual moisture that would seep in after to prevent any mold. They were prompt, friendly, and most of all hard workers. They explained the actions that would need to be taken and were happy to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend them during a home disaster.

My apartment was a dump, but Mike at Servpro said it will be clean as a whistle when his crew was done. My jaw is still on the floor seeing just how white and how gleaming everything was when I saw the results! As good as new, and smells nice, as if it was never a dump. Worth every penny. I got on Mike's list to call for his crew to come back when their schedule permits. Brilliant!

ServPro of St Louis Central is an excellent company to do business with. We had a severe water leak that affected two rooms that need to be completely gutted - ceilings , walls and everything inside. The timing of the leaks happened when St Louis was being flooded due several months of continuous rain. Even though they were very busy, they worked us into their schedule to quickly start mitigating the damage. Because of the extent of our damages it took several months to get our place back to the way it was. They performed water damage and mold remediation services for us. They coordinated schedules expertly with other contractors I had to hire for plumbing, mold testing and restoration services. We are very happy with the work they provided us and wouldn’t hesitate to contract with them again. They did a vey thorough and professional job and I have no doubt they will do the same for anyone else in need of the services they provide. Well done ServPro St Louis Central!! Thank you so much.

Tommy, Mike & team went above and beyond for our flooded basement last week. They responded quickly and professionally and provided advice on who to call and what needed to happen next. They were excellent people to work with in a very unfortunate situation.

I was super pleased with the work from Mike and his crew to help us remediate damage from water back up in our basement. Mike was available for a quick assessment the same day I called and helped me navigate the path along with my insurer. His team accomodated my travel schedule to complete removal and remediation so I came back to a clean dry house. Highly recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation with water damage.

What a great company! Mike with Servpro was out to my house within 30 minutes and saved us from a sump pump not functioning properly. What would have been an extremely costly repair was prevented by their timely response. Thank you so much!

I was dealing with a flooded basement and Mike and his team were so helpful. The crew arrived on time, gave me a fair price, were quick and efficient and even hauled away my things that weren’t salvageable. I would recommend them to anyone. In a moment my basement workspace was filled with sewer water from a broken line from the city. Servepro's reaction to my crisis and panic was calming and exemplary. Update: I was contacted directly from this branch. He had done a great job in understanding the problems we had encountered at the end of our situation and he identified the areas to improve for future cleanups. I was very happy with his suggested solutions with our bill and really feel that it would lead to avoid future situations like we had. I was very satisfied with their solution for us, as well as their solutions going forward with other clients. With this in mind, I would recommend this team.

Original review: Initially, I found them very helpful after a water leak. While we waited for insurance to decide, This decision did take an extremely long time in a more typical timeline. I had several outside sources (over 4) tell me that the extremely loud de-humidifiers would not be helpful after a certain point. I felt they were keeping these loud machines here unnecessarily and they bill per machine/per day. They hadn't even been checking them as time went on. I felt like i was taken advantage.

Servpro was at my house today. They were early, got to work right now, they were informative and most importantly, efficient. Justin and Manny and Esteban were excellent at what they did. And they are very kind. All around terrific experience in a a situation that seemed daunting.

Servpro, Team Wolfe did an amazing clean up job of a flood at our building located in Town and Country Missouri. We had two floors and multiple office spaces that affected our common areas tenants. They not only worked with us as the owners, but our tenants as well. They cleaned up every night before they went home and had our areas all ready to go for the construction crew to start. They worked beyond our expectations and we cannot express our gratitude for the exceptional services we received.

Justin and Manny were fantastic to work with and were fantastic communicators. I greatly appreciate their help given the stress of a flooded home! Justin’s knowledge of the claims process in particular was extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Let's be honest, no one ever wants to contact ServPro. But if you have to, you will be in very good hands. They are professional, thorough, and very respectful of your home. Jess, Josh, and the whole team made a very difficult time much easier.

They did an amazing job! I needed sewage backup cleaned up and disinfected. Every Servpro employee I interacted with was very courteous and professional from the young lady who set up my appointment for an estimate, Heather who reviewed and did the estimate, the young ladies who came out to cleanup and disinfect and the gentleman who came to check the progress. Thank you all very much! I would recommend them to anyone who needed services as such and if the need ever comes again I will call and use their services again. Again they did an amazing job I am very pleased with it all.

I was very pleased with the Servpro team that came to my house to begin the remediation process for burst pipes caused by the extreme cold temperatures this winter.
The team, led by Heather, was professional, courteous, and always on time. They talked me through everything that they were doing and everyday they cleaned up the area they were working on. And, they were friendly and easy to talk to!!

Conner set up the service for the very cold day which was expected for sure for the whole week. Then no one called me, when I called why no one is showing up, they said they cant work in this cold weather due to the truck outside working. I requested an email the original set up date, and the clerk said will do, but no email. I requested 30min earlier call for me to drive there. no call and just popped up. I expressed the unprofessinalism, they think it is a harassement. due to their imcompetent, unprofessional, no communication, I lost reimburse time requirement, loss of booking days, my personal schedule mess. I didnt hear any sorry or apology words at all from Conner and Brian. so I couldnt tolerate their attitude, I cancelled the service. While I am checking the estimate, I found he mistyped so $23 should be, but he typed one more digit, it became $230 charge. nonsense. he didnt catch anything wrong either.
