The smoke remediation services were fine, though some smoke smudges remained on cabinets. Annoyed that the hardware and instructions weren’t returned with several pieces of furniture, which renders them useless.

We had an EF1 Tornado come thru our subdivision last weekend with damage to our home resulting in water coming in. I called Servpro and they were there to help us clean up during a very stressful situation. I have recommended to all my neighbors as well for current damage done to our area.

I never thought I'd have to use a disaster restoration service, but then my basement flooded and I found myself knee-deep in water. Enter Servpro of Affton and their superhero team, led by the one and only Jose. Not only did they clean up the mess, but they also brought some much-needed levity to the situation. Jose had a knack for making me laugh even as I watched my prized possessions float away. I mean, who knew water could be so destructive AND hilarious at the same time?
