Had water damage in my basement. SERVPRO came out within 24 hours and started working magic. SERVPRO member-Mike explained to me the process that will take place. From start to finish SERVPRO was professional, on time and communicated with me every step of the way. I will recommend SERVPRO to anyone. I would also like to add this company have outstanding carpet cleaning team. I also had my carpet cleaned by SERVPRO and they did and excellent job. To be honest my carpet looks better now than when I purchased it from the carpet company. Thank you SERVPRO. I wish I could give you 10 stars.

When my basement flooded, I was so overwhelmed with “what to do now” 😨 I am So happy I called these guys! I had another company come out first and I felt like it was more of a “sale” process rather then helping me with this big wet problem!
A friend referred me to Servpro and Mike came out. Ahhhh, he was awesome! Mike took the time to explain things to me. He put my best interest first (not his) and gave me advice from the clean up all the way to the insurance process. The communication impeccable! I highly recommend Servpro to anyone with cold, wet feet 😉 thannnnkkkkk yooooouuuu Mike and team!! -
I had an unfinished basement flood due to sump pump failure on a Saturday morning. The Servpro Kirkwood rep responded promptly and advised me they could take care of the damage, and estimated the cost to be around $2,500, at which time I authorized them to proceed. 3 days later they collected all of the fans, and sent me an invoice for $8,100!!! At NO TIME did anyone EVER discuss with me that the charges would be 2.5 times their initial estimate! I refused to pay after reviewing the detail of the estimate, and after a few weeks they charged my credit card for the amount of the invoice, less $100. Again, no discussion, no correspondence, nothing! Needless to say I am EXTREMELY frustrated with their lack of professionalism and business sense, and am looking into legal action. If this is their standard method of operating, shame on them!
