Cody, Dylan and the team responded quickly to our need in the November flooding. Cody sized up the apparent damage and got a disaster recovery team here the next day. They worked with our insurance company, which originally wanted to dry and reuse the saturated carpet. The odor from it was unlivable, so their intervention led to its removal. We highly recommend the Afton ServePro team.

Ronnie has been our go-to for 2 unfortunate water events, and has provided helpful and timely information to get us through some not fun days. Very very nice guy who has helped us get our feet under us in situations we are unfamiliar with, and would reach out again if the situation arises - which hopefully it does not! Ha, but great person to have in your court if/when needed.

Drew and Jorge were here this morning, our technicians. Everything was done professionally. They cleaned up as they went and they were wonderful people. Good people to have in your house. Our initial assessment and the peep they sent for the roof, all amazing. They were on time and knowledge. He was patient, answered all our questions and offered great recommendations on what to do post cleanup. I felt like they truly cared about my mom’s home and well being. Since our home is quite old, we were anxious to restore the chimney without sacrificing its original appeal. Fortunately, the crew respected the home's character and handled everything with care. They enhanced stability, replaced broken bricks, and kept us updated on the project. It still has the timeless style we adored, but it now has a more modern appearance. We're quite pleased with the result.

He inspected our chimney, replaced the old cap with a stainless steel chimney cap, and repaired the chase cover. He also did a deep fireplace cleaning and odor removal. Without creating any mess, they also cleaned our dryer vent and air ducts. The installation of attic insulation contributed to the thermal balance of our house. For further protection, their pest control crew sprayed after removing a nest. They fixed a malfunctioning switch and serviced our gas fireplace. The roof repair process went well, and they even provided us with before and after pictures. Their contractor was on time and communicated well. They truly go the extra mile!

We contacted L&A Painting Services & Chimney Services Ltd for a chimney cleaning service because we noticed a strong odor when using our fireplace. Henry arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and completed a thorough chimney sweep service. They also performed a chimney inspection service and pointed out aging brick that will eventually need a chimney rebuild service. They suggested a chimney cap installation service to prevent moisture and animals from entering. Very knowledgeable, clean work, and great communication. Highly recommend for dependable chimney service and maintenance.

Horrendous customer service. I called to inquire about service and was told someone would call me back. Someone did call me back next day but I missed the call. When I called back to apologize about missing the call, I was told someone would call me back again. No one called. After a week, I call and was told someone would call mw back for sure. No one did. Then I call again a week after and the person answering the phone did not even let me finish my sentence, cut me off, and told me someone from office would call me right now! Needless to say no one ever called! This company seems like a joke. I’m actually happy they didn’t bc reading the reviews, I don’t wand to deal with their unprofessionalism!

I called them to clean my rented home once. They came and didn't clean well. Dust and dirt everywhere. Also they took a day to clean and their charges are even higher. How could they do this? Bad service and bad reputation for you. boycott pride.
