When we were surprised by a significant sewage back up, we called Pride. We were refereed to them by a home inspector we knew. Pride didn't disappoint.. They got there immediately after our call and didn't leave till the job was completed. They entered our lives at a stressful time and helped us mange through it. Pride worked with our insurance company very well. They handled not only on the clean up, but also packed up, itemized, cleaned and stored clothing, furniture and other items during the work process until completion. I hope we don't have to use their services professionally again, but if needed i would call Pride Restoration right back up. They are a family owned company and that appealed to me. . The ;exceeded my expectations.

Thank you to Jim and his team, Kayla and TJ for coming out to clean my dryer vents today! I have been searching for a couple of months to find a company with a good reputation to do this job. I had a massive clog in my dryer vent, and most companies I called tried to make me clean the entire vent system in my household. Pride came out and completed the job timely. They were on time, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right.

Do NOT use this company. I contacted Jim with Pride Restoration in February when my home received water damage due to frozen pipes. Jim was pretty responsive at the beginning. He called me back the same day and said that he'd be able to make it out to the house in a few days, which he did. However, he told me someone would be in contact with me and get a plumber out, and when they never did I had to call and he gave me the number to Ken. Ken replied but said he didn't even know the water was off. He then was able to send a plumber out the following week. The plumber was the only one from this company who was super professional, timely and responsive. After the plumbing was fixed, I spent the next 3 months calling Ken all the time for progress on what was going to be done. He went back and forth with State Farm(who also was pretty terrible about handling this at the beginning, but has been much better since I got the right adjuster), but Ken never gave them what they were looking for. One day Ken told me he would call me back...I never heard from him again. Meanwhile I have a giant hole in my kitchen. I then called Jim, who said he would get to the bottom of it and call my back...Jim has never called back, even to this day. I then called Woodward, who contacted State Farm and literally got the mitigation done in 2 days. I was mind blown. Do not waste your time with Pride Cleaning and Restoration. they're a joke. I wish I would have read more of these reviews ahead of time. They seemed like nice guys, but far from professional.

After receiving a phone call from a tenant about a sewer back up I immediately got on line to find a company that could help. I called Pride Cleaning and Restoration and they were able to get out to the property within 1.5 hours. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, removing drywall and carpet to make sure it was done right. My tenants were happy as well as myself with their service. I'll definitely call them again if we have another backup or water issue.

After the major St. Louis flood on July 26th all of the local cleaning and restoration companies were inundated with calls. Pride was the only company that called me back the next day and they were able to schedule an initial appointment for the assessment and got a crew at my house in less than a week. During the assessment the president of the company, Jim, knew I was nervous and anxious about navigating through the insurance process. Jim held my hand from beginning to end. Jim documented all of the damages before the cleaning and restoration, communicated with the adjuster directly, and put my mind at ease that the insurance company was going to pay the claim. Jim was the difference between getting the claim approved vs. denied. I recommend Pride & Restoration, Inc. for their excellent response time, craftmanship, and project management.

We had a water leak underneath our kitchen sink from a faulty plumbing repair in January of 2020 . It caused an extensive amount of damage to our home totaling over 60K. It was very overwhelming as this was our first home. Servpro and other big name companies were backed up and were not able to come out to provide mitigation services to our home. we took the initiative and shopped around and came across Pride cleaning and restoration. pride responded immediately and the owner of the company was out to my house within 30 minutes. Pride cleaning made sure that we were taken care of while ensuring the plumber's insurance company was not going to take advantage of us. Shortly after our battles with the insurance company, covid-19 happened which really slowed things down. Fortunately Pride continued to work with us to keep the ball rolling. They made sure to cater to our needs as a young family like keeping running water, a place to lay our heads at night, and leaving space for our toddler to play. The employees were very concious about our belongings and were extremely professional and respectful of our home. At the end of the day we came back with a house that was completely updated and in better shape than it was before. thanks to Pride cleaning and restoration we were able to successfully get through a water loss and are now back to normal in our home. I would highly recommend this business to anyone having to deal with any sort of loss to their home. They are family business that takes their customer's needs into consideration while at the same time running an honest business.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and I your team.  When I came home and discovered I had water damage from a toilet leak, I started freaking out.  I wasn’t sure what to do.  I asked on facebook for a recommendation for a water restoration company and had several friends highly recommend Pride Cleaning and Restoration.  The crew showed up in less than an hour and went straight to work.  They helped me in filing the claim with the insurance company.  I didn’t have to do anything, but let the crew in.  They were very professional and on time.  A rarity in service businesses these days.  They treated my home with respect.  I have several new puppies and I was very concerned about the products they might use in my home.  They assured me that the solution they sprayed is all natural and very safe.  I am normally very sensitive when it comes to chemicals.  I had no reverse action what so ever.  My house was dried out in just a few days and they were able to send their invoice to the insurance company so I didn’t even have to pay them myself.  I hope I don’t need to go through this again, however knowing I can call Pride Cleaning and Restoration, I won’t have to worry.

Pride restoration was is amazing! Their entire team was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help us sort through and remove damaged belongings due to a flooded basement. They were professional and courteous at all times and made sure to itemize everything that was removed due to damage. They photographed and videoed the entire process for insurance purposes and explained everything step-by-step during the cleanup, sanitation and mold treatment process. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs restoration services! The owner, Jim, even offered to come out on the night that the basement flooded to assess the damage. Amy, the supervisor made sure to introduce the entire team each day to everyone present and made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with the job that they had done. I truly can’t imagine having better service from any company than we received from Pride Restoration!

Jim, Susan & the team at Pride are awesome. They have helped both me personal with my water loss as well as many of my clients. We had the misfortune of having two water issues in less than a month. The result was two insurance claims, two deductibles and a 6 month process to get our home restored. This was a major hassle, however, Pride Restoration made the process bearable. Several years ago, I received a phone call from my daughter..."Mom!!! The basement's flooded!!!" Not what I wanted to hear, nor what I expected...it was sewage! After a few chaotic moments, I contacted my insurance company. They came, they saw, they suggested I contact a cleaning and restoration company and gave me some options. I didn't feel comfortable with the companies they suggested so I went out on my own. I contacted Pride Cleaning and Restoration. They wasted no time, even though I was quite a distance away. They arrived the next day and started in on the monumental task of cleaning and preparing my very large basement (1,200 sq. ft.) for restoration. They worked closely with my insurance company and the construction crew I had chosen. They always included me in their decisions and explained what was being done. When my basement flooded after a sump pump failure, I called several restoration companies that my insurance company recommended. Each advertised "emergency services." But none of them could come to my house to even look at the problem in less than five days.

That's when I found Pride Cleaning and Restoration. Devin came here the same day. He and his crew were terrific. They got to work drying out my basement the next morning.

They hauled out all the soggy cardboard boxes and the items that were too water-damaged to keep. In less than a week, my basement was back to normal.

This was our first major water damage incident (master bathroom toilet leaked through livingroom ceiling - nightmare) Jim and his team were at my house within 45 minutes of me reporting the incident. Jim was exceptionally personable and took great care of walking us through the evaluation and restoration process as it was completely foreign to me.

The service technicians were as personable and were thorough, clean and quick.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. I used Pride Restoration for repairing water damage in my home. Jim and his team always got to my house on time, was very knowledgeable, and did a great job getting us back to normal. highly recommend using them!

I had a pipe burst and flooded my basement. The insurance company sent out a mitigation company who was obviously working for the insurance company not my family. I called Jim at Pride restoration and he came out same day to assess the damage. He found so much more damage and was able to prove it so the insurance company had to cover the additional cost of the damages. The adjuster even admitted that their preferred vendor did a bad job. I am so grateful for Jim and Pride restoration. He saved me thousands of dollars! He is easy to work with and communicated with me constantly throughout out the process. I can’t say enough about the quality work and attention to detail. I also discovered that I am not obligated to use the preferred vendor the insurance company sends out and I will just call Pride Cleaning and Restoration directly if I ever have another insurance claim.

I recently purchased a home in Kirkwood that requires extensive demolition work. I wouldn't say I'm an expert in home remodeling, but I'm quickly becoming one in hiring contractors and subcontractors. Some people I hope to never see again, but not Pride Restoration. I gave them a try hoping for the best but expecting the worst given my previous experiences. And I am happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised, and they exceeded my expectations. I was well-informed and received continuous, transparent communication from my first appointment with Dustin through the final walk through of the completed work. My basement flooded the day after my husband's funeral. Pride Restoration was at my next door neighbor's house (the whole neighborhood flooded). I went right over there, and asked if they could send a crew to my house. Someone arrived within and hour to evaluate the situation and begin working. Every person I spoke with was sympathetic, kind, and genuinely concerned for me. During the next week, they worked and worked to remove the moisture from the carpet, concrete floor and wall. I had planned to leave for a week to visit my mother, and gave Kayla (supervisor) the code to my garage door so they could continue working. When I came home a week later, my basement was dry, odor-free, and the mold was gone. I wish every company was as reliable and efficient as Pride Cleaning and Restoration.

Recently my basement was flooded due to a sump pump malfunction. It was a very large, carpeted area full of furniture and books. Dustin Sanders showed up within an hour of my call to the company and the crew removed and discarded the soaked carpet the same day. The crew were very friendly and hard-working. It took a week to complete a very complicated job with professionalism and good knowledge of details without taking short cuts. Dustin almost every day stopped by to check the work progress and making sure that everything is done up to high standards. He was very personable and helpful giving me information and advice since I was totally ignorant in this field of work. I was truly impressed by his knowledge and willingness to help in any way he can. At the completion of the project, my basement was emptied, furniture dumped, damaged walls removed, cleaned up, and completely dry.
