Friday night around 9 pm it was raining, but I noticed water bubling up almost 4 ft high in front of my house. Called non emergency , fire dept showed up and determined it was a busted water pipe. That's when neighbors started saying the basements were flooded. I wasn't to worry after 20myrs my basement through everything had remained dry, not this time. I googled flood cleanup and read Pride Restoration info and called them. The water company worked till 4 am and had the pipe replaced. Pride crew showed up at 8 am and started to work after I agreed to the estimated cost (this was Saturday) . My basement had 4 to 6 inches of water, my poor neighbors got much more. The team worked so hard and pleasantly, so efficient and effectively. This team worked on my basement for 5 days. Always pleasant and courteous. On the 5 day they removed all the fans and dehumidifiers, then proceeded to move the furniture back into place. My wall to wall carpeting was gone small areas of paneling had been cut out to prevent mold growth. My basement had been scrubbed clean. My basement has never smelled so good.
I recommend Pride Restoration for the work and attitude the had doing it. I watched my neighbors who used other companies with smaller crews and working shorter hours.

Wow! Couldn't ask for a better company when you are dealing with a water leak/damage. Reasonable price and very conscientious and professional employees. They take the time to explain without talking down to you. Went above and beyond to help us before an event. I hope we don't need them again (no more water leaks) but if we do, we wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend to anyone needing cleanup and restoration.

From start to finish, they were wonderful. Our sales person Mark was exceptionally easy to work with very friendly and very knowledgeable. Hulsey roofing did a great job replacing my very old roof. They were professional and courteous throughout the process from initial bid to installation. I'm not normally inclined to leave reviews, but after a nightmare experience with another contractor for different work around the same time I am compelled to let people know these guys are honest and do good work. The pricing was reasonable as well.

Hulsey Roofing did our roof ,gutters and siding .They did a great job from our initial consultation with Ryan Redpath to finish.
They also did a great job at keeping us informed as to when things would take place.
They did a great job at cleaning up and after the roof was finished Hulsey Roofing sent another one of their guys out to check the roof over. He also ran the yard magnet to pick up any nails,etc that may have been missed. Everyone from their company was very polite kind and professional. So if your looking for a company to do your storm damage repairs you will not be disappointed with Hulsey Roofing.

Hulsey Roofing is the best in the business when it comes to roof repair/replacement. I recently got approved for a roof replacement from my insurance company. I live in the city and needed some work done on my roof. I called Husley Roofing and was told "we are not currently servicing that area". I find this odd, considering they are located only 5.7 miles from my house.

So grateful for Mark, Arnes, and the office team! They made the whole process after the hail storm so much easier. Communication was excellent, the repairs were done fast, and they were always helpful when things arose.

This roof replacement has been a nightmare since May, 2025 and is still going on. My roof was old, but not leaking. My insurance agent suggested that I replace it due to its age and I did so preemptively. I met with one of their sales agents and we agreed on the contract. There are so many levels of poor service that occurred that I don't even know where to begin. First off, they subcontracted the job to a crew that could not communicate with me. I have replaced 5 other roofs and there was always a contact or supervisor that I could communicate with if I had questions or any concerns. Secondly, they unnecessarily removed my chimney support, which was original to my historic house, without consulting with me first. The previous roofer left this intact and I have no idea why it was removed. I still don't. They agreed to reinstall it but that has not been done. There were other details of the contract that were not fulfilled: flashing installed improperly and, most importantly, the underlayment was not installed to manufacturer's specifications (please see photos), which will void the warranty on the new shingles. They also charged me for plywood decking replacement, which I believe never happened. I was home for the entirety of the time that the roof was replaced and never did I hear any wood being ripped nor did I ever see a delivery of 10 sheets of plywood or see any plywood on my property. They did not provide any photos of new wood decking being installed and yet I was charged over $600 for this. As I have stated before, I did not have any active leaks in my home and I have a small footprint for a house. Besides the technical issues with the roof replacement, the folks who I spoke with about these issues never reached back out to fix any of these problems. We had a 48 minute conversation on June 4, but I never heard back from them. The only communication that I have received is request for payment. I have been working in real estate and property management for over 20 years. This is one of the worst experiences that I have had and the contract is $16K. What would you do?
