Buyers beware! Pride Restoration subcontracted my company to do a huge mold and water loss in September and has refused to pay for the work performed. This has forced us to take legal action while placing a lien on an innocent homeowner.

This company insanely made me angry with their rude service. I booked them to clean my guest house once. They came late and staves always chatting and sometimes they use mobile for hours. I asked them clean properly then they start to work some times and again they began their routine talking. I can''t understand their behavior and their ratings here.

My claim is over a month old. The water damage mitigation was done within 3 or 4 days but my adjuster has not seen anything regarding this claim. I have walls tore out and cannot start the rebuild. Horrible service. During the drying process I wasn't contacted once. I had to initiate communications to see how the process was going. Will never us them again

Excellent people! They were extremely prompt with coming out to provide an estimate (same day - within an hour of calling), thorough and clear in describing what needed to be done, and provided a very fair price.

They were able to start immediately the next morning, and work was completed quickly (slightly ahead of schedule actually).

I'm very pleased with their services, would recommend them to anyone needing water cleanup, or other remediation, and will definitely call them again should I be in need of their services.

They showed up on time and helped with a basement flood from my sump pump. I'm grateful for Jim and his team who is always ready to help out in any situation. They were able, despite the heavy rain, to fix this issue quickly so that would never happen again!

John arrived on the dot for the quoting process, took a look and informed me that Pride doesn't do the type of work I needed.

He could have stopped there, but didn't. John made his problem my problem and got me in touch with an outside source who could help. He REALLY went above and beyond.

Very disappointing customer service. Called for help in mold removal. They came and looked at the job. I did not think they thoroughly looked the situation over. I asked for an estimated quote which they would not provide at that time. Chris said he needed to review additional paperwork concerning the project which I could understand. I asked if it would be possible to get the quote later that evening and he said he would try. I never heard from anyone so I called first thing the next morning and left my name and number. Never heard from this company again. It has been 2 weeks.........If they did not want the job for whatever reason, they should have responded and said they were unable to help rather than leave me waiting.

Jim is a top-notch professional who's very easy to work with.We have work with Pride Restoration on several occasions now. I'd highly recommend Jim and Pride Restoration to anyone needing mold remediation in the Saint Louis area.

Our experience with this company was awful. The contractor came out to work on an estimate and stated that due to the amount of moisture in the effected area, they'd want us to stay in a hotel during the renovation due to possible mold. With that being the case, I still had to call 4 or 5 times and wait nearly four weeks to hear anything back. When I called to let them know that we'd be asking another company to take over the job, I was told that the estimate had just been sent to our home insurance provider that morning. We never received any updates or any timelines...just radio silence for weeks. I do not recommend this company for any job.

Our trucking company hired Pride to clean the interior of one of our tractors due to animal hair. The three-man team that came out to our location were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Based on how the tractor turned out, we will be choosing Pride again in the future.

The absolute worst travesty of a company I have had the displeasure of hiring. Not only did we have to call them back 4 times just to finish the initial cleaning, but they did not play nice with the flood insurance adjuster and kept lying about how much things cost. We had to fight with them for 7 months after they "cleaned" our basement just to get the invoices needed for proper payment. They also cut out 6 different pieces of wall and never returned to replace them (but still charged us for it). Avoid this company at all costs. You would be better off with any other company or even some random guy off the street.

After Aug 2020 flash floods around St Louis we were on long wait lists to get clean up. Pride was working at another house in our neighborhood. We approached them and in 3 days they had a crew in and got the mud out, the water dried up, worked around the HVAC and plumber, took away all the destroyed belongings and boxed up the salvagable ones. The took off wall board and cabinets as needed and removed the soggy carpets.

Was at work Wednesday when I received a call from our son. He said, Mom the water heater is leaking water everywhere. He said, that a couple of rooms were wet including the carpet in the hallway was soaking wet. My first thought was to panic, but then thought stay calm and call your insurance company. They started a claim and asked if I knew of a Water Restoration Company. I said, I sure do...Pride Cleaning and Restoration. So I got a hold of them and their project manager Steve said don't worry...we will help you. I gave him my address and as soon as I got home Steve, Danny, and C.J. pulled up. Another project manager Art showed up bringing drying equipment. They went to work right away getting the wet stuff moved and getting drying equipment setup...as I watched them all working together, I knew right then and there that they knew exactly what needed to be done. They took very good care of me reassuring me that they would take care of everything. They told me before they left if i had any questions just call them and let them know. As soon as they turned the water back on..the main water faucet started leaking. Art stayed behind and fixed the problem and stopped that leak. The next day our claims adjuster showed up and Steve was right there with us explaining everything and working with the adjuster. My husband I were so impressed by the professional hard work done by C.J, Danny, Art and Steve. I hope I never have another water disaster like this ever...but...if I do...I know who I'm calling....Pride Cleaning and Restoration.

I overflowed sink in laundry room, which flooded the floor & ceiling & floor in my finished lower lever. Everyone from the owner I spoke to initially, (to report my problem) to every person that came in my home was wonderful. They were all Covid respectful , educated, efficient, informative , and solved my water problem in 3 days. Someone came by everyday to check equipment & and monitor water /moisture levels both upstairs and downstairs. They were prompt everyday. I cannot say enough about this company and all their employees . I feel very Lucky to have called them and have them solve my water problems.

I had a water pipe break in between the outside wall and the finished plaster wall. I had a newly remodeled basement. When I discovered the flood I called Pride Cleaning & Restoration. They arrived before the plumber did. They immediately began emergency cleanup and restoration and walked me through the process keeping their cool even though I had lost mine. The process is an experience which Pride will walk you through at any hour of the day or night and will explain the importance of each step. You will not meet any nicer owners who live up to the name of their company. A special thanks to the staff who kept their cool and professionalism in the worst of conditions. I would recommend Pride Cleaning & Restoration to anyone who has a flood or other disaster to their home or business.

I just wanted to take a moment and RAVE about Pride cleaning and restoration!!! We were in a panic due to some unexpected water damage and called Pride first thing upon referral from a family member. They were quick and super easy to work with!! They handled the insurance company directly and that was a huge help! Rest assured Pride will get you taken care of. Hats off to Ken Kirk he know's how to handle the job start to finish!!

Our sump-pump was overwhelmed in the beginning of Jan, which subsequently flooded our completely finished basement. It was awful to try to deal with on our own. When we reached out to Pride for help, they arrived that evening and got started immediately in order to save what we could and prevent further damage. They handled the water litigation, as well as the restoration and clean-up. No one ever wants to deal with water damage in the home, but it’s great to now know who we can contact to not only clean-up and sterilize the mess, but also put your home back in perfect condition. You would never know that our basement was flooded and damaged at all by looking at it now. Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend this veteran owned company. They did an excellent job and went beyond their job to assist me. I had water damage in my home that covered 3 floors. A manager came out to assess the damage in less than 20 minutes and a crew was working in my home within 30 minutes after his assessment. The owner of the company came out also to appraise the damage. They did everything they said they would do. During a devastating event in my life this company was like a God sent blessing. The crew packed items, moved furniture, removed plaster, carpet, wood framing and any damaged items. They sealed the room off and used a dehumidifier. This company rates 5 gold stars for their committee to customer service.

The crew we had at mothers house for sewage clean up in the crawl space, went beyond our expectations, they were very diligent getting the job done. The job proved to be a challenge and they were present everyday till the problems were solved. Dustin was very cooperative and kept me informed along the way and was receptive to questions I had. We also had a problem with mother falling ,she wasn’t hurt but couldn’t get up and the crew on site didn’t hesitate to come to her aid . I would definitely keep them in mind if the need ever presents itself again.

Worked with Jim at Pride to help mitigate water damage after my hot water heater leaked everywhere. He and Pride Restoration handled the mitigation & the restoration of my basement.

Everything was done quickly, professionally, and major attention to detail. I would suggest these guys to anyone!!
