I was referred to this company and initially had high hopes. After explaining my situation and being told they could help, I moved forward expecting a professional experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. After seeing clear hail damage and starting the process, they later backed out, saying they were too busy to handle the job.

If they didn’t have the time or capacity, they should have been upfront from the start. As a homeowner dealing with insurance and inspection deadlines, this left me in a tough spot. It’s disappointing to see a lack of follow-through and accountability, especially from a company that came highly recommended.

I value businesses that operate with honesty and integrity—this experience fell short on both.

Elite exteriors is very poor with communication. I would not really recommend going through them for your work. The lack of communication is insane! I have had to jump through hoops to get an answer that I have been asking multiple times. It is family owned and that is wonderful. They put my roof on and it was done within 4 hours. It was very quick. I will never be using elite again for anything, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Elite Exteriors was wonderful to work with in addressing the storm damage to our site for both siding and new roof. I highly recommend their services.

Owner dragged me along for weeks, offering to work with my insurance for a claim. No called no showed for insurance inspectors visit that was scheduled around his time. Then proceeded to hang up on my phone calls when I got ahold of him, gave up after he said some vulgar things to me

Horrible customer service!! Lead me on for weeks promising to come check my roof, scheduled time and would never show up. Dodged phone calls from me, dodged emails, just an all around bad business. Finally I got ahold of the owner and he was rude. Would never recommend them because they won’t even show up. Guess I’m lucky they never touched my roof. Unprofessional and rude.

I used Elite Exteriors for my roof, skylights, siding and other misc storm damage repairs. They were prompt, professional and completed a high quality job. I will definitely use them in the future.

Earlier this year after the storms I found out I needed a new roof. Called and a very nice young man named Rob came out. Gave me an estimate. I signed a contract, and before you knew it I had a brand new roof. I love it. Workers were very professional. Definitely recommend them.

Had such a great experience from start to finish working with elite. After all the tornadoes this year things have been hard but working with Rob made the experience seamless. Do not use this company. We hired them to repair our roof due to the hail storm that happened in STL. We heard great things about them so wanted to give them a chance. Frankie and the owner of this company, Scott, were so unprofessional and rude. The workers came out to repair our roof, and completely destroyed our garage roof and instead of replacing the wood as well they just covered it hoping we would not find out about it. We were never provided any updates, when we would reach out, we would get told we were “excessively bothering them” when we would just ask for an update every 3 or so weeks. The roofers came back MONTHS later to finish the other half of our roof, and just left after not even completing the roof. I tried to ask them a question since we noticed they were not taking out the old roof, instead just covering it with the new roof. They then stated “WE CAN LEAVE!” shouting at us and then proceeded to pack up and leave with the job not completed. The companies excuse was “their workload is too much right now” Then stop picking up new work, if you cannot complete the work you have already started. This process was very frustrating and we will never use this company or recommend them to anyone ever. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not use them.

Elite Exteriors installed some new windows in my home and I am so impressed! The price was extremely affordable, the crews were efficient and Pete was great to work with as well! I will definitely be calling Elite Exteriors with any future work done on my home. Thank you again!

Definitely recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone looking for a new roof. They were prompt, timely, and affordable. Also, my salesman, Sean, was so kind and informative, he answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease as this was the first time I’ve had to have any work done to my home and I was definitely a little intimidated. If I had a question and Sean was unavailable, I just called the office and Emily happily answered, helped calm my nerves, and I could tell that she genuinely wanted to help me and cared about my home. This company really cares about their customers and it shows not only through their work but their communication and willingness to listen. 10/10, thank you elite!

We got “the works” from Elite Exteriors, new roof, gutters and downspouts, soffits fascia and new vinyl siding. From beginning to end Scott and his team treated us almost like family! Our house looks beyond amazing and we couldn’t be happier.
