This was one of the easiest home repair experiences I have ever had. They happily worked with my insurance company to square everything away. Was very impressed with the amount of communication and willingness to help us get everything done the right way. Roof looks great and has already withstood its first heavy rain with no issues. Would gladly recommend to others.

The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Corey Bicklein was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He handled all aspects of the project professionally and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and I have to say St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors is at the top of my list. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and work done by St. Louis Roofing & Exteriors. From the very first time we reached out, the responses were quick and everyone was very helpful. Jon and Carlos were both great to work with. Carlos made the whole process easy for us. Jon was always just a text or email away. I had a question, and boom I would get a response like that. It was nice. We were in the process of selling our house when we first started this process. Time was important. We needed the work to be complete before the open house. Jon and Carlos were respectful of that and made sure that was the case. There was a couple of items that were initially not up to my standards, but Jon made sure to come out the next day and get everything resolved. There was one last item we needed to close. Warranty information. Jon went above and beyond and got us everything we needed. Very satisfied. Good people doing good work. I'd definitely recommend you guys.

Apparently the work needed on my gutters was not an ordinary, straightforward job. It required careful analysis, expertise, and even a bit of creativity to design a solution to the problem. The crew was very polite and focused on their work, making adjustments as needed to ensure the gutters did exactly what they were meant to do. The project manager was in touch very soon afterward to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. I told him I wouldn’t know until it rained! 😄 Since then it has rained and as far as I can tell the job was well done and effective. 👍

They did a great job! Someone was out to my house very quickly to survey damage to my roof from a storm. They gave me an estimate to repair as well as a comprehensive review of the roof. The work completed was very professional and they were finished with in a day. They kept the area very clean and the repair blended in very nicely with the existing roof.

From the estimate to the completed job, the entire process went smoothly and was finished in far less time than we anticipated. They used quality materials and had a competitive price. Our roof and gutters look great! We highly recommend St Louis Roofing & Exteriors.

I would definitely recommend St Louis Roofing and Exteriors. Carlos, my sales rep, was terrific. He explained everything to me and came out the day my insurance agent came to my house. Once the date was set, the roof was installed in a day and the mess was thoroughly cleaned up. Jon, the project manager, was very easy to work with and kept me informed of when the roof would be done, the gutters installed, etc. I love my new roof and gutters! A+ experience!

During the inspection he took photos of the problem and explained everything that needed to be done clearly. Jon and his crew completed the work quickly and efficiently. Price was reasonable. We have done business with St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors twice in the last 4 years, and both times we have been very pleased. Jon, the office staff and the installers have all been very professional and easy to work with. After our full roof and gutter installation 4 years ago, the crew left the area clean. When we had a drainage issue with our gutters, Jon followed up immediately to remedy the problem. This year, after storm damage, Jon and his team again provided excellent service. This is my first time having a roof replaced and was fully expecting it to take a long time to completion. I was pleasantly surprised that from signing the contract to completion was only 9 days! Everyone involved was professional, helpful and responded quickly to questions.

I was really happy with the process from start to finish. The inspection was really helpful to understand where some problem points might occur on my roof for the future. The crew came and fixed up the roof very quickly and were done within an hour. I waited until after some rain to write this and I’m happy to report no more leaks. They were responsive to my request for a quote and quickly turned around completing the job. The estimator also suggested some additional flashing to protect from water damage. He explained its importance and we included that as well.

Carlos , our estimator, did an excellent job of following up with my insurance company to make sure all damages were addressed and covered. The crew that performed the work were fast and nearly completed the shingle portion of the job in 1 day..........gutters went up a couple days later, but all finished in a reasonable amount of time. Jon, the project manager did a good job of keeping me updated and was professional and thorough in his follow up.

We had a skylight repair & we couldn't be happier! Very easy process, great communication, work was done quickly- no hassles! There was a little more damage than expected. I was freaking on how that would change my original estimate. Everything was taken care of that day and price did not increase that much. We have an older home in St. Louis County that we were getting ready to sell, but the roof was old and leaky. We called quite a few contractors to get estimates, some of them were big firms that you see advertising on local TV all the time. We added St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors to the list just because their reviews seemed to be pretty good. Wow, were we impressed! They called back promptly, they were friendly and polite and they had an estimator out to our home the next day. Their estimate was thorough and very detailed, offering us several options. They had the best price of every contractor we spoke with, but more importantly, they really seemed to want our business. Some of the other companies we spoke with acted like sending someone out for an estimate was a big hassle for them. Work was started fairly quickly, and was completed in an amazing 2-3 days. Our property was cleaned up beautifully and we were happy until the first time it rained. Yep, our new roof leaked. We called, and they had someone out right away to work on it. Next time it rained, you guessed it. Still leaking. We called again. They sent sent guys out and they worked on it some more. That was at least 6 months ago and it's been bone dry ever since. Is that great customer service, or what? No arguments or excuses-they just got right on it and made it right. We have since moved to the Kansas City area, or we wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work on our home. Hey! If you guys ever open a KC office, hit us up! Our new home will need a new roof some day, I'm sure!
