We are quite pleased that we selected Runge Painting & Chimney Services Ltd. after evaluating a number of businesses. When the chimney started to leak, they quickly fixed it. Additionally, they cleaned the dryer vent and ductwork, which lessened musty smells. Their crew increased the efficiency of our HVAC system and installed attic insulation. Prompt roofing repairs were completed, and the gas fireplace was fully operational again. We were unaware of a hornet's nest until pest control discovered and removed it. The contractor in charge of our home's services was cordial, well-organized, and professional. Everyone exceeded expectations, explained the task, and arrived on time. You can rely on our one-stop store!

I had a wonderful experience, they came by immediately with a fair price and discussed every aspect with me and my wife. After we came to an agreement it was just a few days later the crew came over replaced my entire roof and cleaned up in just a day and a half. Very professional and no stress and or issues. I would Highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

St. Louis Roofing & Exteriors came to our house after we called around for several companies for estimates after we had some storm damage. They did an excellent job working with our insurance adjuster to make sure all work would be covered by our insurance. They were polite, courteous, and respectful during the whole process.

first of all, they answer the phone when I called, they listen to what I needed done and they gave me a bid and after I accepted, they came out, the day later, and the roof was fixed and ready to go for the next storm. Hired them to replace a soffit and do a roof repair. They did great work and everything looks really good. We had trouble getting several other contractors to return our calls or get back to us, but St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors came through and we couldn’t be happier.

They installed new gutters and fascia boards for me, and also replaced some termite-damaged wood on my garage exterior. The price for all of this work was less than new gutters alone from a "pro" gutter company. And the quality of work was excellent.

I'll definitely call them again for my next project.

Needed siding repair work, and STL Roofing & Exteriors was a standout in terms of willing to do the job and responding to my initial inquiry. Jon was really great at assisting and making himself available for communicating via text. There was an issue about the job being completed in agreed upon fashion and Jon personally came to the house to ensure it was satisfactory. The only thing preventing a 5-star review were some minor lapses in communication regarding job status and follow up after a missed appointment. Will look to do business again next time a need or upgrade is warranted.

Edit: I used St. Louis Roofing again to repair water damage to the sidewall of my carport from a previous contractors crummy work. First I just want to say, out of all of the companies I called, they are the only ones who showed up and gave me a bid in the end. LOTS of empty promises from other companies. The ladies in the office also followed up multiple times and answered all of my questions and concerns. So thank you STL Roofing for once again delivering stellar communication! As for the rebuild, it went very well. They installed a seamless gutter, repaired the roof area where the leak was getting into the wall, removed and repaired the rotten wood, and replaced the siding. The two gentleman working on the sidewall kept me in the loop regarding the damage the whole time and let me know that it was more than the original estimate. Appreciate the communication and the stellar job they did fixing another contractors shoddy work from 10 years ago!

If you are in need of roofing services, I cannot stress how much I would recommend this company. The professionalism with which they operated was unparalleled from any company I have used thus far in the St Louis region to perform work on my home. The first contact with them, before any conversations took place, was an email with the business license and insurance policy. No other company has ever provided this information before. Not to mention out of the three bids I asked for, their estimator was the only person to actually LOOK at my roof. The other two companies quoted me a price to repair a section that wasn't even 3 months old. They also listened to me and my needs as a homeowner, with a budget, and gave me the highest quality of work within those guidelines. St. Louis Roofing did a nice job on our roof. They were a bit more expensive than the other estimate we got, but they kept up with prompt communication and scheduled and completed the roof repair quickly. They also suggested and installed an additional down spout to our roof to help prevent future problems in a specific area which we appreciated.

In follow up to my earlier post, we used St. Louis Roofing again this spring to repair the remaining portion of our roof. Again, the repairs were scheduled and completed quickly. It was nice to be able to cross that off my to do list with so little hassle or headache.

Making sure I was happy with their work was their number one priority and that was a good feeling. Working with Corey was a wonderful experience he is a very hard-working guy who's easy to work with, always willing to listen to anything I have to say and answers my questions with a confident answer that shows you he knows what he's doing.

This company is amazing. I had to get a ridge vent repair done on my house, when I called for an estimate they took my information and within 10 minutes a inspector(Matt) texted me and he was able to get to my house that same day. Matt took pictures and explained every little detail and what needed to be done. They worked with the insulation company that advised I needed a vent repair and made this whole process silky smooth. After they gave me the estimate and we agreed on all terms, they were able to perform repairs next day. They did the job throughly and quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or repairs. Thanks again guys!

Corey and Jon were very easy to work with and fought for us with the insurance company. We had a lot of questions and they were always happy to answer them for us. After the initial installation, we had a few concerns and they came out very quickly to make the necessary repairs and did not push for payment until we were happy.

The work was scheduled & completed quite quickly after I agreed. The workers were fast, neat, & completely cleaned up at the end of the job. The sales person Kelly & the project manager Jon were easy to reach & completely resonsive. All in all, a very good experience.

Just an amazing job. Carlos was the best. We had trouble getting my insurance company to send some information over and Carlos was not shy about stepping in and getting them to send us what we needed. Carlos truly stuck to his word when he said he would handle everything.

We are thrilled with the service we received from St. Louis Roofing & Exteriors. Their process was so incredibly professional, from the initial consultation to the PDF outlining exactly what to expect to the quality of workmanship to the follow-up. The project was completed in two days and the workmen were so tidy you could barely tell a roof was being installed! After the job, I called about the flashing on the front chimney. I asked the project manager if they were finished. His response was, "We aren't finished until you say we're finished." I LOVED working with this company. How often can you say that about a contractor? (The flashing issue was resolved--it just wasn't completed yet.) Can't say enough good things about this company.

St. Louis Roofing and Exteriors was very prompt in getting me a quote for replacing our gutters. Once we signed the contract they gave me a call saying that they could be out the next day to install the new gutters. They had the old gutters off and the new ones on in a little over 2 hours. I was very impressed with how fast this company works to get their jobs completed. I will be using them for any future roofing issues that may arise.

I had 3 different estimates to replace the siding on my house. St Louis Roofing & Exteriors was a bit more expensive BUT they did the job right by removing all the old siding and wrapping the house fully. The others did not include that. The siding is beautiful and installed correctly. I would whole-heartedly recommend this company to any friends or family
