Needed our roof and siding replaced due to a spring hail storm. I contacted Coldstream and spoke to Andy who offered to take a look at our damage on the same day it occurred. Super pleased to have chosen Coldstream for our work. Andy was very responsive and worked with State Farm to ensure everything would be covered, and it was. Communication was excellent all around. The work was done in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to use Coldstream again.

We used Coldstream Exteriors to replace our garage roof and repair an awning over our back door. They did an amazing job. There pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly and communicated well when they would be arriving. Workers were very professional and cleaned up all materials at the end of the job. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this company to anyone.

Project Manager was polite, professional and not at all pushy. Always on time for appointments and very responsive to our calls. The roofers completed our roof in one day, left our property clean and in good shape. Positive experience from start to finish.

Call for help was made, and they were here looking at things just as quickly as possible with all the storms we had at the same time. So much to do, and they plan to help get the damage fixed all the way across the time front.

The called to check in on ask that was going on and with the impending rain in the forecast over the next 7 days they came back out today and put tarp over areas that could be exposed by the elements and cause damage inside the home, they are professional and have really done a great job thus far to help get my roof back in one piece.. I'll try and get the before and after photos as things get done but I'm feeling not just lucky but also blessed to have found a local company that does care about their customers as well as the community they serve. I'm looking forward to seeing the job to completion, and with what I've seen so far, this rating will turn to a 5+ star by the end of it. My PM Tim has called to check up on things and made sure that I could reach him anytime via phone or text.

December 10th update -- supply chain finally came in, and the work was finally stated and completed. I have to give great credit to Mike for ensuring that he worked with me closely and came out just the other day to ensure that all the work was completed and made sure that I was happy with everything. I still need to take some extra shots to post, but most looks great, Mike helped pick the color and shade, which all looks good, too. There was a very important part on the roof that needed to be reinstalled to ensure that my irrigation system was working as expected in the spring, Mike made sure it was fixed and looking like nothing ever happened. I'll update more once the final is completed.

Highly recommend working with Andy Rathman and the Coldstream Exteriors team. Andy made the entire process incredibly simple and he was always available by phone. His communication, professionalism, and overall service were outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality roofing company.

Andy came out on Friday, diagnosed the issue, and had a solution for us by Saturday. He and his team were out by Monday and repaired a recurring leak that plagued the house for years. Two days of rain and no leak- I'm ecstatic! They worked so hard to make sure it was all taken care of before the massive rain storms and kept us updated every step of the way.

This was our second time working with Coldstream, they are an excellent company! This roof is not easy, but they had no trouble. They were professional, efficient, they prepped well and cleaned thoroughly after. They were also a really nice group of people! I cannot believe they completed it in under two days. Highly recommend.

What an amazing job!
The wonderful folks of Coldstream did an amazing job on my flat room. My roof was very old an in need of a lot of repair. Brian was extremely helpful in coming out, and taking great estimates of what it would take to protect my house. Flat roofs are not as common these days so Brian even had his top notch roofer come out and give his opinion as well. I had the whole roof replaced at a great price! The roof looks amazing. Brian’s communication throughout the entire deal was awesome. And they did everything in a very fast manor, it only took them a few days. All before winter just as requested. The crew was very nice, and even cleaned off my back patio of all the leaves that were there. 10/10 would use Coldstream Exterior again.

I’m very satisfied with the chimney repair and cleaning service I received. The technician was punctual, polite, and very efficient. He inspected the chimney thoroughly, found a minor issue, and repaired it quickly. The cleaning was done with great attention to detail, and everything was left neat and clean. I also appreciated the advice he provided. Overall, the service was reliable and high quality.

Brilliant service from a lovely crew. They explained the whole chimney cleaning process to my kids and remained completely professional and efficient throughout the visit.
