From the beginning, I enjoyed my sales rep, Jeff. The plumber, Steve, & installer, Chris, were both phenomenal!! Worked quickly, super nice, extremely experienced, I can't say enough!! Love the finished product & it was a joy meeting Steve & Chris. Definitely above & beyond experience!!

Had a 65 year old tub, faucets, and tub wall. They were able to exchange all of that with new, all in one day. Did an excellent job and cleaned up very well.

We had our old dangerous tub replaced with a Senior-safe shower today.

I had my new walk-in shower put in today. From the meeting with the estimator, Matt, confirmation of my appointment and arrival of the guys today so far everything has been very easy and pleasant. They tore out that old bathtub and had the new shower installed in about 5 1/2 hours, start to finish! The guys were so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jarrett and John for making my dreams of a new bathroom experience, come to life.

Bath Fitter was excellent from start to finish! The agent that came to visit was very professional and courteous and answered all of our questions immediately and with honesty! The installer did an excellent job even though our air conditioner wasn't working the best on the day he came. The plumber was quick and efficient and certainly didn't take any "shortcuts" which we appreciated very much. We were without water for approximately 2 hours which was a godsend! We are so very happy that we called Bath Fitter to install our walk in shower! If I could give them a 10 rating, I certainly would! Thank you Bath Fitter very very much!

Thank you to Scott (sales), Brian (Plumber), Kevin (Installer), and the phone staff.

First I will start with Scott. The words I would say are “relaxing” and “refreshingly honest”. He know his stuff and didn’t pressure us and we could tell he just wanted to help and give us options for our situation. It’s hard to have that balance in the sales field and Scott was a perfect fit for us. Thank you Scott!

Brian came out first to do some demo and replace our old show valve. He answered my questions and was knowledgeable.

Kevin came out after to do the final install. We enjoyed his positive can do attitude. We could tell he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. He was efficient and thorough. The job didn’t feel like a rushed job which we appreciated. The photos in this review proves how well Kevin installed the product.

This is an early review since we haven’t been able to use and test everything, but we enjoyed the professionalism and work ethic of the team.

Wish I could give more stars! Ian and Tyler are GREAT to do business with; their professionalism and friendliness is way above average. They also passed the “Sampson” test as our black lab / Great Pyrenees is leery of people he doesn’t know. He very much enjoyed the belly rubs and playtime they were able to give him. The tub is GORGEOUS. I can’t wait to use it!

Bath fitters did a great job, Travis and his coworkers were respectful, cleaned up the site, the fit and finish is A+, we could not be happier with the final product. We highly recommend bath fitters for your nest remodel. Cost was under half of the other bid we got.

Bath Fitter was professional, exceptional and efficient work from the Agent, plumber. Installer and customer service.

Matt was a good salesman. He let my wife and I make an informed decision on the tub. He gave us a lot of options and how to save money. Trevor did a great job installing everything in 1 day. My only complaint was the mess the plumber left in the basement. Not a big deal, nothing a broom couldnt sweep up. There was an issue with the caulk settling, but another technician came out the next day after I made it known to them. We love it and our little 9 month old can enjoy it too.
