Shower install. Ian the installer was great. He worked continuously to get the shower installed in one day. Cleaned up after finished and did a good job. I am a little picky and OCD so I found a few areas but overall he did a great job cleaning up.

LOVE my new showers!!! Joe was wonderful at helping me make informed decisions on the remodeling of my two showers. He made the process so easy. The plumbers, Brian and Steve, were great…courteous and professional. Mike and Matt were awesome installers! They were polite and clean. They did an amazing job installing my new showers. They were very knowledgeable and answered every question. 100% would recommend Bath Fitters!!!

I am so grateful to Bath Fitter. After having a really botched job done by a friend of the family, I was desperate to get my bathroom remodel done correctly. Bath Fitter was able to come out in short time and got the job done in a single day. The gentlemen that came out were positive, kept my house clean as they worked, and made sure my new bath looked magnificent. Mike was especially fantastic by being informative and hard working.

Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. Joe Wampler (the guy who did my install) is customer service and efficiency personified. We wasted no time and was beyond understanding and kind. He tolerated all my questions during the install with great patience and even stopped to break things down to a level I could understand. This is the second time we have used Bathfitters and would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Signed a contract with A-1 and their owner John Adams on 4/16/20 to have A-1 do some landscaping, concrete work, and French Drain. He took a $5100 deposit. We were told the work would be started in 2 weeks. On 5/5 when asked, he said then said "next week". On 5/18 he said stone would be in Thursday and he would start work in a couple days and have Dig Rite come back out tomorrow. On 5/26, when asked again about start date, he replied "this week. weekend". The company again never showed up as promised and never contacted us to tell us they couldn't make it out. Seven weeks after signing contract, we found out he never contacted the HOA as he promised and never had Dig Rite come back out. Since the owner failed to come out multiple times and never started any work, on 6/3 we decided to ask for our money back so we can find a different contractor. The owner claims he was just about to start, but again, he never contacted the HOA for approval or had Dig Rite out again. The owner did say he would refund us but it has now been 29 days since we've asked and have yet to receive the refund. We've requested a refund many times and even offered to have a clean break with no negative reviews if he just gave us our money back. He is also now not responding to emails or text despite being professional at all times to him. It has have 11 weeks and we have no work done and no refund for the deposit. I originally offered him the project because he was recommended by my boss (who he isn't responding too either) but his BBB history indicates he has a past with very similar complaints.

Ree and her team at Lafayette are amazing. It’s so refreshing to work with a contractor who is responsive, reasonable, reliable and most of all does great work. I am so grateful for this company would highly recommend them to anyone!

Lafayette Construction saved the day when my initial contractor didn't have the experience to finish my rehab. I had a tenant ready to move in with no one to finish the project. LC replaced the plumbing and installed a new water service, ran all new electrical wiring, replaced the furnace and installed the appliances within 30 days. I am looking forward to working with LC on my next project!

The men they have doing calls are awful! The guy was very rude and not professional at all! Would NOT recommend!!

Im done with Home Depot. Worst Customer Service Ive ever had. These idiots messed up a diswasher installation and refused to fix it. Im sick of the run around on the phone. Ill be taking home depot to small claims court.

Everything went so smoothly. It was fine for my needs.

DO not order their carpet installation. Their employee in flooring somehow charged my credit card but didn't put my color floor in so a day before the install I got a call stating they don't have anything to install. So now I get to wait another month on the floors and not even offering a discount or any rushed delivery. Absolutely no help whatsoever.

I recently had a project finished and it was great.
Communication was very good, and they came in ahead of schedule. Will use them again!
